SH-I FMC of Internal and External Electrical installations

Monitoring and Maintenance of Internal and External Electrical Installations at Various Locations (As per List of Inventories) as per Duty Roaster approved by Engineer-In-Charge (Duty Timing - 8 Hours For One Shift) for 100% Serviceability i/c providing consumable material like cotton waste, oil, grease, LT and HT Insulation Tapes and other Sundry Material required for cleaning etc., providing required Tools and Plants, Instruments for Measuring/Testing etc., attending Faults / Breakdown of Equipment / Repairs / Replacement of defective components of Electrical Installations/Wiring/Rewiring with AAI Supplied Components, ensuring satisfactory working condition of the Systems, Routine and General Preventive Maintenance on Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly Basis as per Standard Manufacturers' Practices and as per Techno Commercial Specifications (TCS), Maintenance of Records and Log Books and reporting as and when required, complete Upkeeping of the Installations etc., on all days including Sundays & Holidays as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (EIC) as required.

SH-II Painting, Repainting, Rewinding & Miscellaneous Works

Re-painting of L.T. panels, chequered plate, electrical installations etc. with approved quality enamel paint of required colour in two coats with spray gun i/c scrapping & cleaning the surface complete as per site requirement and direction of E-I-C.

Rewinding of following fans as per original characteristics with super enamelled copper wire and `E' class insulation material, replacement of the worn out bearing etc. as required i/c dismantling, making arrangement for transportation to workshop and reinstallation of the same at site, making supply connection, providing and fixing of necessary nut & bolts etc. (To be carried out as & when required).

Providing Labour and Hire Charges for deploying Gas Cutting MACHINE i/c Cutter, Gases in Cylinder etc., for cutting of Chequered Plates, MS Angles as required.

Providing labour and hire charges for deploying Crane (upto 10 Ton) i/c operator for lifting/ Shifting of Equipments/ Cable Drums, etc., as required.

Locating the Cable fault on LT feeder cables laid directly in ground / duct / pipe including providing Cable Fault Tracer (Rental), Technical Manpower etc., as required.

Supply of 450mm sweep, metallic exhaust fan of minimum 1400 RPM, suitable for 230 Volt 50 Hz AC supply including all acessories etc. as required.

Supply of 1200mm sweep, BLDC BEE 5 star rated ceiling fan suitable for 230 Volt 50 Hz AC Supply, with minimum 350 RPM and minimum Air delivery of 220 CMM with 30 cm down rod and other accessories, canopies, with out regulator etc. complete as required.

Supply of 1400mm sweep, BLDC BEE 5 star rated ceiling fan suitable for 230 Volt 50 Hz AC Supply, with minimum 300 RPM and minimum Air delivery of 240 CMM minimum with 30 cm down rod and other accessories, canopies, with out regulator etc. complete as required.

Liaising with Tamilnadu Electrical Inspectorate for getting Lift License including submission of application, Payment of Fee, co-ordination with Lift Inspector, Receipt of License, submission to EIC etc., as required.

All Inclusive Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of 10 KVA 3 Phase Numeric Make UPS System installed at Ceremonial Lounge, including providing preventive maintenances as per OEM Standards and Recommendations, carrying out Breakdown Maintenance, Emergency Service etc., including supply and replacement of all necessary spares and consumables, providing technical and supporting labour, maintenance of Records, meeting the requirement of AAI to ensure 100% Serviceability etc., complete as required.

SH-V DSR E&M 2022 ITEMS

Execution of Items of CPWD Delhi Schedule Rates (DSR) E&M 2022 as and when required for attending Repair and Maintenance, Breakdowns and Upkeep of Internal and External Electrical Installations as per Direction of Engineer-In-Charge at All Locations under Chennai Airport conforming to CPWD General Specifications for Electrical Works Part-I (Internal) 2023, Part-II (External) 2023 and Part-IV (Substation) 2013 and also to relevant BIS Specifications. Note: The Bidder shall quote the Rate in INR only for the Job corresponding to the Base Rate (Rs. 10,00,000.00 as per Proposed Estimate) and Percentage (%) Above/ Below shall be calculated by AAI (Based on Quoted Rate w.r.t Base Rate) and the same % shall be calculated by AAI (Based on Quoted Rate w.r.t Base Rate) and the same % worked out will be applied on DSR Rates while executing the DSR Items and will be paid as per Payment Methodology given in Annexure - E).
