Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Mtrs wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as directed and specified.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing/testing of LT distribution Panels/feeder pillar boxes/APFC panels, 03 phase, 430 volts, all as specified and as directed. (a )Repair/replacement of damaged hinges of each compartment. (b) Cleaning of existing bus bars with CTC applying, providing bus bar insulation and re-fixing with new nuts, bolts, washers etc. (c) Replacement of damaged/worn out cable lugs any made/size for incoming & outgoing cables. (d) Replacement of neoprene gasket for all doors of panel board.

Rotary switch

M&L for painting of panel/feeder pillar boxes/APFC panel with angle iron frame after descaling the rust, cleaning and drying the surfaces complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for plate earthing with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 25x4 mm bolted (with GI nut, bolts & check nuts) and revited to earth plate at one end and connected to mettalic bodies of HT/LT equipmemts etc at the other end including 32mm GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of electrode to body of equipment fixed with iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with eadrth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm grade cushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I including earthing resistance testing report submit in sub division by the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and upkeeping of area by clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, bushes under growth roots & trees and removing of rubbish to a distance of 50 M outside from sub stations complete all as specified and directed. Note : The complete area inside fencing and outside upto 05 feet from boundary wall/fencing along peripheri incl garden will be cleaned in begning of the contarct and shall be kept clean (without further repeated payment) in whole period of contract to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. The tenderer's quoted rates shall be deemed include this provision.

M&L for cross arms, bracing, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out carefully PVC insulated sheathed armoured stranded aluminium conductor LT underground cable from trenches/ducts/walls etc including necessary dismantling, demolition and disconnecting cables from existing power line complete all as specified and as directed for the following sizes of cable :-

3.5/4 Core 25 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm

3.5 Core 50 Sqmm

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade LT cable of under mentioned sizes complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) 25 Sqmm 4 Core

(b) 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(c) 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Supply & lay (HDPE) DWC pipe size 50 mm dia for LT cable protection including sockets, bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :- Gemini or approved by GE.

M&L for horizontal bore size upto 150 mm bore and length n.exc 12 mtr long of road and n.exc 1.2 mtr below of the road/PCC path way/PCC hard standing for passing of cable protection GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings laid in trenches/fixed to pole as cable protection complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - Tata/Jindal/Prakash Surya :-

Supply and fix change over switch off load rating 100 Amp, 415 Volts, 4 pole with SS enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix change over switch off load rating 200 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 pole with SS enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix change over switch off load rating 250 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 pole with SS enclosure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix junction box IP 65 with metric knockouts for cable entry upto 50 mSqmm, Box size 255x295x122 mm with 04 terminals rating 63 Amps including MCB 04 pole 63 Amps and fixed on pole/wall with MS clamps inclduing two coat of Al paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Make. HENSEL (Cat No : DK-5054 G) or make approved by GE.

Taking down, Supply, Installing/connecting & testing of LT feeder pillar box out door type, CPRI approved, weather and vermin proof, factory fabricated, epoxy powder coated paint, cubical type, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick with mounting on frame of angle iron 50 x50x5mm fixed on ground but not less that height 30 cm from ground level suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire system with front double door and rear single door openable with both side sliding tower bolt made of steel super quality for locking arrangement including internal wiring with suitable size of copper stranded wire FRLS with suitable size of gland packing complete all as specified, comprising by providing of the following equipments/fitments complete. (Make of MCCB : L&T/Legrand/C&S). (Make of panel : Mc Layers/Expert Engineers/Universal switchgears/Rahsan Engineering/make approved by GE).

(a) Aluminium bus bar suitable for three phase of rating 300 amps and neutral of rating 150 Amp covered with coloured PVC sleeves as per colour code mounted on DMC insulators - 01 set. (b) MCCB 200 Amps, 415 volts, 4 pole breaking capacity 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 01 Nos (Incomer) (c) MCCB 63 Amps, 415 Volts, 4 Pole, breaking capacity 16 KA with thermal magnetic release - 03 Nos (Outgoing) (d) MCB TPN 40 Amps - 01 Nos (Outgoing) (e) Digital VAF + PF meter with suitable CT - 200/5A complete - 01 set (f) Indicating neon (RYB) lamp set of three - 01 set (g) Insternal wiring complete with copper cables (FRLS) of suitable size and lugs including gland packing complete.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
