Cutting of manhole in walls at every 10m intervals (Making recess in walls) of 0.75m width, 1.20m depth and 1.80m height including chiesel dressing, inclusive of cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete.
Cutting of drain in all kinds of strata including hard rock for a sectional area as directed by the Engg-In-Charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc for mass concrete.
Drilling of holes of 32 mm dia and 1.5 m depth in roof for roof support and fixing of 22 mm dia roof bolt 1.65 m long with w strap with resin grout by hydraulic roof bolter which will be arranged by the agency at his own cost, the measruement will be made in nos for each completed roof bolt which will include cost of all materials and labour.
Providng and fixing RS joists ISMB 200 support for incline roof including carriage of RS joists from surface to lthe place of fixing, making grooves of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm and 300 mm x 300 mm x 600 mm at one and the other end, erecting the joist in postion and concreting the ends with cement concrete of grade 1:2:4. The measurement shall be done in number for each girder support, inclusive of materials and labour etc complete. (The Length of ISMB 200 will be 5.70 mtr).
Providing and fixing GI wiremesh of required width in mesh size 50 x 50 mm including fixing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge: Made of GI wire of dia 2.60 mm.
Drilling, blasting by power drill in loose strata inclusive cost of all material and labour and loading of blasted material by mechanised means etc. complete as per direction of Engg-In-Charge.
Part C: Construction of Floor and both sidewalls with roof support where the recovery factor is less than 40% during drift Drivage (140.00m).
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work upto plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).
