Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for new work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) including cost of priming coat @0.80 liter/Sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade on old wood work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade on steel work (one or more coats)

Easing of doors/ windows including repair work by way of dismantling and re-fixing back including cost of wood required for repairs and aluminum hardware fittings complete.

Repairs to Almirahs by way of opening and refixing in position after reqired repairs to existing shelves and missing or damaged portions by way of providing and fixing of 19mm/12mm/6mm ply board lining and other hardware fittings.

Providing and fixing of glass pans with wooden fillets of required size wherever necessary. Glass pans 3.5mm thick weighing 8.75 Kg / sqm.

Providing and fixing of wire gauze using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia. 0.63mm for doors windows and clearstory windows including cost of beading complete.

Demolishing cement concrete work, including disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead. 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick 20mm nominal size stone aggregate (crushed)

Chequerred precast cement concrete chemical pre- polished tiles of specified thickness in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
