REPLACEMENT OF COOLING TOWER OF CENTRAL AC PLANT

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of induced draft top discharge counterflow type FRP Cooling Tower of capacity 500TR (Rectangular/Round bottle shape) with FRP body and base, supported over hot dip galvanised steel structure, fitted with axial flow fan, motor direct driven, PVC/Polypropylene cooling tower fills/Nozzels with maximum allowable temperature 50 degree centigrade, (Inlet/Outlet temp - 36.4/32.2 degree C, Wet bulb temp - 28.3 degree C), drift losses 0.005% of water circulation, water spray headers, supporting base frames including AVM Pads complete all as per manufacturer's standard instructions with suitable foundation made out of hot dip galvanised steel channels, ladder etc and float valve of suitable size & making all connections after installation including disconnecting all electric/ water connections and taking down existing Cooling tower of any capacity including steel foundation and deposit to AGE (I) E/M store yard complete all as specified as directed. NOTE : i) Contractor shall submit complete maintenance manual of cooling tower after successful installation of Cooling tower. ii) Inspection of Cooling tower shall be carried out by the representative of Accepting officer at factory/ Manufacturers work site. The representative shall witness all the electrical tests as mentioned in relevent IS codes at the factory/ Manufacturers work site.The Contractor shall make necessary arrangements for such tests at his own cost and intimate when the testing is to be carried out to the Accepting officer. Make: Advanced Cooling towers Pvt Ltd, Model No. 1KR-189 (With Basin) or equivalent model of Delta, Mihir.

Supply , lay and welding 250mm bore MS pipe heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings with suitable size GI clamps incliding applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer and taking down existing pipe complete all as specified . Make : Tata, SAIL, Jindal.

Ditto- all as per item No 2.00 above but 100mm bore

S & F in repairs CI butterfly valve slim seal design with nitrile rubber lined seal with clutch lever (P10) conforming to IS 13095 of size 250mm bore.

Ditto- all as per item No 4.00 above but 100mm bore.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed incliding applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs MCCB 100 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified

Supply, laying,connecting & testing 50 Sqmm x 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor cable fixed on wall with suitable size GI clamps and connecting properly by means of thimbles including taking out old cable complete all as specified and as directed.
