S&F for Pre-painted Galvalume Aluminum Zinc Coating GI based Corrugated Steel Sheet 0.50mm thick Coloured, having Pitch 190mm, Depth 29mm and Tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in Roof Covering, fixed with Aluminum Self Tapping Screws of size 50/75mm and Aluminum Washers of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing New or previously untreated Steel and Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) over a Red Oxide Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces mixing with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be Measured and Paid for as ‘Supply only’ separately under appropriate Item.

Supply only liquid water proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L for Rough Cast Plaster on Brick Walls consisting Under Coat of Cement and Sand Mortar 1:3 not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in Plastic state the Rough Cast Mixture consisting of Crushed Stone or Fine Gravel mixed with Coarse Sand and Cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish Even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Coloured Glazed Ceramic Tiles 300x 200x 7 mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the Tiles, laid over and including 10mm thick Screed or Screed Bed in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed rendering shall deem to be include in the Quoted Unit Rate.

Dismantling Stone Slabs and/or Tiles of any description or thickness in Floors, Aprons, etc. laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine Cut Kota Stone Slab 20-25mm thick in Flooring over and including Cement Screed 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with Grey Cement Slurry mixed with Pigment to match the Shade of the Slab including Rubbing and Polishing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement Screed Bed will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Machine Cut Kota Stone Slab 20-25mm thick in Riser of Steps, Skirting, Dado and Pillar, laid over and including Cement Screed 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with Grey Cement Slurry mixed with Pigment to match the Shade of the Slab including Rubbing and Polishing, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Cement rendering will deem to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L for Repairing of RCC Projection, Chajjas, Roofs Facia, Column etc, upto Double Storey Building height adhering proper safety precaution and including necessary preparation i.e. scrappring, cutting, chiseling and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loosed RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 (12.5mm gradded stone aggre-gate) and reinforced with welded wire mesh in patches area, complete all as as directed by Engineer in Charge. NOTE : Cost of Form work and welded Mesh shall be deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate..

Taking down Copper/Aluminium Point Wiring any type including PVC casing caping /PVC Conduit (Light, Fan, Socket or Power) excluding Fixture and Fittings such as Switches, Ceiling Roses, Pendants, Regulators, Sockets, Light Fittings of any description and Making Good Disturbed Surfaces of Walls, Floors, etc. so as to match with the Existing Finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal Area) drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC concealed conduit, medium grade, ISI marked not less than 20mm dia, concealed in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI Screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size with 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal Area) complete all as specified.
