Material and labour for French polishing on old surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface of old treated wood including filling of holes/ dents with filler material and applying one coat of wood filler and a touch with French polish with one or more coats all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Touch wood polishing (PU glossy finish) on new wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth cleaning and preparing the surface including necessary repair with wood filler over a coat of sealer where required on new work with two coat all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of varnishing on new wooden surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including sizing, a coat of wood filler over a coat of sealer all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation board/ slab/ blanket any thickness including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Soft Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Optra (Bevelled Tegular) edge tiles with 15mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 95%, NRC 0.9 -1.0, Light Reflectance≥85%, Colour White, Fire Performance UK class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt – 6&7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm, suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 66% & GW & 74% RW. The tile shall be laid on suprafine 32 with 15 mm wide T – section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32 mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.5 Kgs/M² with a minimum a pull out strength of 100 Kgs. The T sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M² and need to be installed with Suspension system and necessary complete all as specified and as directed. Providing and supplying Armstrong ‘Optra Acoustical Wall Panelling’ with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and classifies for Fire reaction Class A as per ASTM E-84, fabric with an option of colours – Husk, copper, Sangria, Sesame, off white, white, Coffee, Charcoal, Titanium, Flame, Peanut & Shell as per the approval of Garrison Engineer of size 600mm x 600mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.85 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel impalers and necessary aluminium frame work supplied by M/s Armstrong Industries India Pvt. Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with and including integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair face of brick/ concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over 2-3 mm thick wall care coat of putty finish and a coat of alkali resistant primer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrapping, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over wall care putty on walls all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mirror polishing on old granite work as required to give high glossy finish etc complete all as specified and as directed

E/M Works Taking down carefully existing Un-Serviceable Aluminium batten/surface conduit/ casing capping point wiring (light/ exhaust fan/ socket/ call bell/ Power point) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, shades, brackets, sockets, holders, light fittings, call bells and removing the materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floors/ceilings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable PVC insulated/ sheathed sub main wiring with 2 single core aluminium conductor cable of size upto 10 Sqmm on wooden batten/ PVC conduits/ Casing capping complete with battens/ conduits and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting/ dismantling of old existing un serviceable DB's any way 240/415 Volts with their old/un serviceable burnt MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, FRLS PVC insulated, single core, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt grade, multi stranded in and including rigid non metallic medium grade PVC conduit concealed in wall, including suitable modular metal boxes flush to wall and modular cover plate for the following controlled by one switch with and including continuous 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
