Taking up from trench old cast iron pipe of any class & length (including all fittings) including disconnecting pipes & fittings after burning out joints complete all as specified and directed for following sizes :- (Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply and laying 200mm bore ductile iron pipe S/S with tyton joints Class K-9 confirming to IS-8329/2000 Centrally cast spun ductile iron pressure with spigot ends in any length including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : DI fittings and joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply and laying 150mm bore ductile iron pipe S/S with tyton joints Class K-7 confirming to IS-8329/2000 Centrally cast spun ductile iron pressure with spigot ends in any length including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : DI fittings and joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ.

S&F connect and test sluice valve of class PN 1.6 of size 200mm dia CI body with forged brass spindle and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged IS-14846 marked complete with neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CI air valves with single air outlets, confirming to IS 14845 of size 200mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of size 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CI air valves with single air outlets, confirming to IS 14845 of size 150mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of size 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L construction of brick masonry valve pit / chamber of size 1050mm x 1050mm x 1050mm (internal dimensions of chamber) including top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3mm thick including frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement, lifting handle and 02 Nos 100mm size MS butt hinges including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including brick work in one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally on all brick wall and external upto 15cm below ground level) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundation projected by 15cm all round from the outer face of brick wall, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick in coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for passing of water supply pipe line through civil road / railway / national highway by adopting method of horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) i.e. trenchless technology, micro tunneling and supply & pushing MS casing pipe upto 300mm dia, thickness 4.8mm casing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil n. exc 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width for taking up / down underground water tubing and / or laying of CI / GI pipes (new or old) of any dia and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil after the existing water pipe lines have been taken up / out and new /existing pipe line laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of road surface for laying of pipe line and after completion of work making its in original shape by providing proper size boulder as sub base and PCC 100mm 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) thick and to match the existing road complete all as specified and directed.
