Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick in cement plaster in CM (1:4) on dubing out on irregular faces of walls built in stone or brick masonary after that rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) finish even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with liquid WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately against respective item.

M&L providing and applying decorative wall texture thickness 2 mm over a prepared plastered or concrete surfaces and crafting the as required pattern using rollers, trowels or spalter brushes complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The contractor are responsible for scraping, cleaning, washing and preparing the surface free from grease, dust and loose particles. (ii) The BOQ must state that reparing hair line crack using SBR polymers or crack sealers and applying an approved base primer are included in quoted rate. (iii) The quoted rate must be all inclusive covering scaffolding, safety gear and final site clean up. (iv) The contractor shall submit a 1mx1m sample panel for approval before commencement of work.

M&L for finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade, design new work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.28 Ltrs/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm on textured wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete type B-1, 1:1.5:3 (M-20), (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in RCC ceiling/chajja/fascia/ stair repair with applying 10mm thick bonding coat of modified styrene butadine emulsion (SBR bonding agent i.e Nitobond SBR45) in proportion 1 (Nitobond SBR 45):1 (water) :3(opc) by volume with the brushes etc to bind new cement plaster/ polymer modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface including removal of looose/ disintrigated old concrete / plaster and applying 15mm thick plaster with polymers modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45) in proportion 1:3 by weight and 5 liter Nitobond SBR 45 added to 50 kg cement with 13 liters water solution , finished surface to match with existing surface of ceiling ,beams ,chajja and a like up to 10 m from ground level complete all as specified and directed Note..Measurment of chajja , Fasia will be done for one long side only complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, 100 mm dia, (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar or clips on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe, 110 mm bore, single sockete in any length, with rubber ring joints including fittings such as bend tee etc fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.
