(a) The above table for wages of security Personnel details has been prepared considering 365days. However, payment to the agency shall be made based on the actual number of days worked/deployed during the contract period, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Document.

(b) EPF Contribution in case of Gunmen has been calculated on monthly remuneration ₹ 15,000/- only.

(c) ) Service Charge shall be quoted in accordance with Finance Department, Government of Bihar Letter No. 2988 dated 23.03.2023 and shall be within the range of 3.85% to 7% of the wage component, failing which the bid shall be rejected.

(d) GST shall be paid extra, as applicable on submission of invoice and required documents, Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd with the invoice.

(e) The PF and ESI contribution of SBPDCL would be paid as a separated component to the service provider/ Agency who would deposit and provide proof of the same to SBPDCL every month.

(f) The wage/ remuneration amount payable shall follow all government regulations, like minimum wages rules etc. Accordingly it can be enhanced/ modified from time to time, and the service provider would bring such requirement of revision to the notice of SBPDCL.

(g) Contract will be awarded to agency, having secured highest marks (H1) and is substantially responsive to the Bidding Document. In case the H1 bidder fails to execute the contract then the contract may be awarded to H2 or other responsive bidder on H1 bidder price.

(h) In case of tie a lottery system will be carried out for selection of the Bidder in the presence of Tender Evaluation Committee and Technically Qualified bidders.
