Materials and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Top layer of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exe. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in cement mortar 1:4 type B1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder,ceiling roses, regulators, switch socket outlet, bulk head fittings, casing caping,and conduit, tube light fittings etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.
