M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete incl Demolition existing un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc.all as specified and directed..

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old surface of road by Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces, exc 50mm and n exc 100mm deep and area exc 400 Sqm incl removing n exc 50 m and staking complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old surface of road by Screening road metal chippings etc on the site of work when specially ordered including removing screened material clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measurements complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size), with Granite , trap or Basalt spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required,with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration @ 10 Kg Per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) with 5.5% binder content in which (92% bitumen & 8% waste Plastic) by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with exceeding 8 ton but not exceeding 12 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engg-in-charge.

M&L Continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically incl dismantling existing brick edging with burnt clay bricks of sub class B complete all as specified.

M&L for Providing and applying 2.0 mm thick retro reflective thermoplastic road marking strip with applying glass beads 300gm/Sqm of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully / Semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers propane tank heater and profile shoe heater,driven by experienced operator on road surface inculding cost of material,labour,T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt,seals,oil,grease and foreign materials etc complete all as spd and directed.

S&F in repair for Cat eye two way reflective of size 100x100x18-19 mm with PVC body with reflective panels Amber/Red/White fixed to road surfaces with the help of adhesive and screw complete all as spd and directed. (Make-Dark Eye(Model DA 978) or Equivalent complete as specified and directed).

S&F Road solor stud 125 x 125 x 25 mm with shank of 58.8 mm water proof, energy saving and eco friendly made out of solid aluminium alloy shell comprising of solar panel mono crystalline solar 2.4 V/0.3 Watt one Ni-Cd rechargeable battery six no super bright LEDs suitable for working time 50 to 60 hours after the battery is fully charged with brightness sensitive auto switch complete Make Dark Eye (Model DA 110, Dhruv ) or Equivalent.

Demolition and breaking up drains pipes( salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (RCC) pipes of 300 mm dia class NP-2 laid and jointed in trenches or in floors complete with collar all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for pipes of 300 mm bore.

M&L, 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete block surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth and not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (9.8 kg/10Sqm of binder with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings 6.3mm size), again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam and binder and chipping,) depth of potholes n exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, Sweeping with brooms and finaly fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose, dirt etc and apply evenly primming/tack coat with paving bitumen primer on existing black top surface @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen VG-10 grade complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for premix bituminous,macadam with 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade,laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/track coat of using paving bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metel tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly power coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green,red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection inclunding embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 Complete all as Specified and Directed.

M&L for applying 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrow etc and the like n exc 10cm wide retro reflective thermoplastic roadmarking paint using thermoplastic road marking compound confirming to MOST AASHTO M249 and BS 3262 with 30-40% pre mixed type-I glass beads confirming to BS 6088, on existing road surface after preparation of surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, oil, grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm X 125mm X 125mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.30 Watt one no., Ni-Cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instruction etc all as specified and directed, complete all as specified and directed.by Engr-in-charge.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details. 3. The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
