Cleaning of 100mm internal dia SGSW/CI pipe lines laid in trenches or fixed to wall/ floor including desilting/ desludging intermediate manholes of any size and depth, removing sludge outside of MOD land in a covered container, atleast 500 m beyond nearby living accn, depositing the sludge in a excavated pit, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime over the pit and around manholes complete all as specified and directed. Note : Charges of covered container incl its transportation charges, cost of fresh lime and earth pit will be deemed to be include in the unit rate quoted.

Day-to-day complaints of chocked up manholes, sewage lines etc. pertaining to Air field OTM Accn and MD Accn are to be received daily from the Complaint Cell situated in the premises of office of the AGE B/R IV MCTE MHOW and entire complaints are to be attended for cleaning on the same day. Minimum number of labourers with specialised experience will not be less than 01 per day.

M & L for taking out saturated broken bricks from soak well (soakage pit) and refilling with fresh broken bricks of guage 40 to 80mm size and disposal of rubbish/ unserviceable material to a distance n exc 50 m from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning the septic tank/sludge chamber of any depth/ area/ condition including taking out stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc deposited in the septic tanks, filling in closed containers and depositing in excavated pit, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime on covered pit and around septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygenic complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of pumping with mechanical sewage pump, excavation of earth pit and fresh lime shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Charges of covered container incl its transportation shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate. (iii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in- charge and Contractor.

S & F 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed including testing, with collers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm thick sand stone slabs in manholes cover of required size, set and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PCC paver block/ tiles, dry laid, of any thickness and re-laying in same position with same specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in clamps hold fast etc and similar small articles supports or stays for rain water confirming to Fe 290 Ged -E -165complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish of the premises and stacking serviceable tiles.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

All as per item No.65 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting incl including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in Mass concrete in sunken treatment.

M&L for water proofing treatment to sunken surfaces of the slab in following sequences including 10 years gaurantee & testing for water tightness:-

(a) Slope correction by using M-20 (Nominal Mix) concrete minimum 25mm thickness at one end and a slope of 1:20 by using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing Chemical PIDI PROOF-LW mixed in proporation 200ml/ 50 Kg cement of DR Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd in proporation 200ml/ 50 Kg cement or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(b) PCC padding with cement concrete 1:1.5: 3 type A 0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick with integral water proofing compound "Dr Fixit" manufactured by M/S Bouchemic or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(c) Vertical sides plastered in CM 1:3, 15mm thick with WPC and 72 hours testing for water tightness by ponding of water complete.

(d) Application of two coats water proof coats black manufactured by M/S Dr fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions all over and testing again for water tightness by ponding of water for 72 hours complete.

Dismantling fencing of wire/ mesh, any type
