Fabrication and supplying of street light Pole made out of 80 mm dia 'B" class ISI marked GI pipe of 06 mtrs long with earth stud and coupled with 01 no 50 mm dia, 1.5 mtrs long B class ISI marked single arm i/c bending the pipe with required shape and fixed at the top of the pole with necessary reducer/coupler, 300 mm x 300 mm x 6 mm thick base plate welded at the bottom of the pole, fixing of SMC box of size 255x200x100mm, 04 way connector and 06 amps MCB with clamping arrangement for SMC box i/c painting with one coat of Epoxy primer and two coats of Epoxy silver paint as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps/plates, bolts, nuts, etc. as required as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
