M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and stone wal built in lime mortars or wall of lime concrete, superficial area n exc 150 qs cm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1,complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, of capacity exc 250 ltrs n.exc 500 ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately),complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised mild Steel water tubes,15 mm bore with all fittings, 'medium grade', ISI marked, galvanised, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised mild Steel water tubes, 20 mm bore with all fittings, 'medium grade', ISI marked, galvanised, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15 mm dia stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed in repair etc complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in slab for water tank stage above 2nd floor roof,complete all as specified.

M&L Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 5cm but n exc 10cm wide,for slopping and similar work complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work as in staging, cover of water storage tank, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E 165 as diredcted by Engineer-in-Charge,complete all as specified.

M&L for welded steel wire fabric weight n exc 4 kg per sqm fixed to steel or wood members complete all as specified.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into pikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165,complete all as specified.

S&F 125 mm size Butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed,complete all as specified.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to the store capacity exc 250 Ltrs and n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for 500 Litres rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs, complete all as specified

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical type with closed top) of 1000 litres capacity, ISI marked, double layered, marked embosed, hoisted and fixed in position including connecting up pipes complete.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 5 to 10 mm,complete all as specified.

S&F for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similarsmall articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165.etc complete all as specified.

S & F hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail stright portion, drilled and countershunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusteres, noising to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind tie for roof including securing bolts, posts and structs in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc ) including all necessary drilling bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to FE-290 Gde E - 165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Expanded metal, ( N Exc 4 Kg/Sqm ) cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanise steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 6150.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
