Material and labour for 'B' check (for every 300 Hrs) & maint of 750 KVA DG set (Make: Jackson) as per the recommendation of manufacturer including replacement of necessary recommended Lub oil and fuel oil filters, "O" rings, necessary gaskets, clamp nuts, ball washers, adjustment of speed governor, cleaning of air cleaner, servicing of turbo charger, servicing to control wiring etc complete all as directed and specified by Engineer-In-Charge. Taking down old unserviceable Battery terminal heavy duty 1 mtr long standard copper cable with brass clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. and replacement with new one with same capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Testing and check DG Set Engine oil tank and complete drain out used unserviceable oil and replacement with same grade oil suitable for DG recommended by manufacturer of DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Castrol or equivalent

Testing and check DG Set Coolant and complete drain out used unserviceable coolant and replacement with same grade coolant best quality suitable for DG set recommended by manufacturer of DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Testing and taking out old damaged AVR unit suitable for 125 KVA DG Set and replacement of same capacity AVR unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Testing and taking out old unserviceable 4 pole power contactor, MCX type, AC 440 Volts, 3 phase, 130 Amps in the existing panel and replacement of same capacity contactor in AMF panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : L & T cat part No CS97018 or equivalent in BCH / Siemens make.

Testing and taking out old unserviceable 4 pole power contactor, MCX type, AC 440 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Amps in the existing panel and replacement of same capacity contactor in AMF panel complete all as specified and directed. Make : L & T cat part No CS97013 or equivalent in BCH / Siemens make.

Dismantling the radiator assembly from the DG set of 750 KVA capacity carefully for necessary cleaning of cooling tubes inside and externally properly checking leakage and rectifying including brazing/welding and reinstalling and reinstalling, reconnecting of hoses pipes with replacement old and rusted of hose clamps and testing after installation.

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of resistor LOAD BANK of capacity 2000 KW, checking for preventive maintenance of system, motor operation, control, blade condition repair/ replacement if required, checking of SFU unit and fuses, serviceability tightness of fuses and terminal, repair/ replacement if required, checking of resistors set, porcelain separator/insulator serviceability and replacement if required, Servicing of ACB and relays, Insulating pad check and repair/replace if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Servicing of existing synchronization Panel board make of Priya Electricals, checking of process logic and replacement of defective components of panel board, including all other defective spares etc and reassembling, testing on completion for satisfactory functioning of synchronization panel board complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:1:-The Servicing will be done by authorized dealers only. Note:2:- .The unit rates against the item shall be deemed to include the cost of spare parts required for repair of synchronous panel board etc.
