M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and removal of rubbish out of the premises, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:6) on wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish, out of the premises, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of cement wall primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) over layer of wall care putty to obtain even & smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and apply three coats of white wash on plastered surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and apply three coats of white wash on plastered surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of existing painted wooden surfaces of any description, exc 10cm in width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic (coloured) tiles 7mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:3), surface finished even and rough to receive tiles, including dismantling existing tiles of any type and pattern (but not backing coat) and removal of rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic double charged polished coloured tiles with rectified edges 9-10mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.36 Sqm in floors etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling existing tiles of any type and pattern (but not backing coat) and removal of rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic double charged polished coloured tiles with rectified edges 9-10mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but not exc. 0.36 Sqm in daddo, skirting and like etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3) including dismantling existing tiles of any type and pattern (but not backing coat) and removal of rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic (coloured) tiles 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18sqm but not exc. 0.36 Sqm on floor surfaces etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match tiles over and including 15mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even and rough to receive tiles, including dismantling existing tiles of any type and pattern (but not backing coat) and removal of rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 15 above but area of each tile exc 0.11sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm.

M&L Non skid ceramic (coloured) tiles 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.18sqm but not exc. 0.36 Sqm on vertical surfaces such as dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match tiles over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:3), surface finished even and rough to receive tiles, including dismantling existing tiles of any type and pattern (but not backing coat) and removal of rubbish out of the premises, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm bore Mild steel powder coated, single curtain rod (wall thickness not less than 1mm) including fancy type PVC brackets, fenials etc suitable for single curtain rod, fixed in repair, etc complete all as specified and approved by GE.

S&F PVC flushing cistern 10 Ltr capacity, valve-less syphonic action type, low level, complete with inlet, ball valve, handle, including brackets/pins, PVC flush pipe 32mm bore and PVC connection 15mm bore 450mm long fixed in repair etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing surface/concealed steel water tubing 15mm bore and refixing in same/new location after cleaning and application of bituminous paint on concealed portion of tubing including cutting & threading pipe and provision of additional fittings such as socket, tee, elbow, union etc including Cutting chases and making good in CM 1:3, as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 20 above but 20mm bore pipe.

S&F GI water tubing surface/concealed, 15mm bore, medium grade galvanized with all fittings (such as tee, elbow, socket, union, short pieces) and application of bituminous paint on concealed portion of tubing, fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor, including taking down existing unserviceable GI tubing and connections etc including Cutting chases and making good in CM 1:3, as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 22 above but 20mm bore pipe.

S&F 15mm bore dia bib taps fancy type with wall flange, chromium plated cast copper alloy long body with capstan heads, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, fixed in repair etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore dia chromium plated angular stop cock with wall flange of cast copper alloy, fancy type, with capstan head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Health foucet 8mm dia 1.20m stainless steel flexible hose with wall hook and making connection including taking out existing health foucet of any description complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device all as specified & directed.

Deduct Total amount of SCHEDUL 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs 4960.00 ( to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
