Demolition of brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Notes: 1. Demolition of brick work masonry for payment purpose in cum shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made to contractor accordingly .The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill. 2.The Qty of old unservicable brick / bats in Cum shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE and shall be deposited in the Store yard of concerned AGE B/R of GE (South) Bathinda.The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill.

Material and Labour Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks ( Except bricks ) , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Notes: 1.Old serviceable bricks shall be obtained from serial item no. 2.00 here-in-before of BoQ and shall be reused after proper cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . 2. The rate of cleaning of retrived bricks is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and Labour Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks ( Except bricks ), straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick walls built in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes: Old serviceable bricks shall be obtained from serial item no. 2.00 here-in-before of BoQ and shall be reused after proper cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . 2. The rate of cleaning of retrived bricks is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness .including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area within the distance 2.00 KM to 2.5 KM in the MoD in terms of schedule 'A' note no. 20.2(ii) specified on serial page no. 17 here-in-beforec omplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter depth for foundation etc for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 meter depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 , Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour Brick work with sub class ‘B’ burnt clay old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing even & smooth but without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls / Pillars/ cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint (colour of shade as approved by GE) , over with & including one coat of water based alkali resistant cement primer by using brush or roller makes as descriped in LIST OF MAKES/MANUFACTURERS under Appendix 'B' here-in-after complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts steel or R.C.C. any section, including taking out embedded portion Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engneer-in- charge. Notes: 1.The weight of old unservicable scrap iron in Kg shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE and shall be deposited in the Store yard of concerned AGE B/R of GE (South) Bathinda.The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill. 2. The rate of taking out posts or struts from concrete embedded portion is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note:1.The weight of old unservicable scrap iron in Kg shall be ascertained through BOO as ordered by GE and shall be deposited in the Store yard of concerned AGE B/R of GE (South) Bathinda.The copy of BOO duly countersinged by GE shall be enclosed with final Bill.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft / Loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 , Type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Mild steel work of Fe-290 Gde E -165 as in angle iron fencing posts & flat iron drilled and countersunk for boulders running bars,including embedding in concrete and scruing etc,post and struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The element of Fixing of round bars for chain link fencing is included in this item .Nothing shall extra be paid on this account .

Supply only 10mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing element of this item is included in serial item no. 15.00 of BoQ here-in-before.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing (any size of mesh as approved by GE with 10 gauge wire) conforming to IS:2721:2003 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : 1.The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with final bill. 2.Chain link mild steel galvanised fencing shall be approved by GE in writing before incorporation in work.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The rate for providing binding wire for fixing chain link fencing is incuded in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing 5-10 mm dia , not.exceeding 50mm long MS screw bolt machine made with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other,or screwed both ends,each screwed end fixed with washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings conforming to IS:278-2009 and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Each line wire to be measured) Note:Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire shall be approved by GE in writing before incorporation in work.

Material and Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over with and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning and filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (Soils ) exceeding 50m and not exceeding 500m depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa , conforming to IS-15961:2012 , as in cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet shall be approved by GE in writing before incorporation in work.

Material and Labour for providing and fixing 2.00mm thickness , Fibre Glass Reinforced Polyester Translucent plain sheet conforming to IS: 12866-1989 with side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roof and wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:Fibre Glass Reinforced Polyester Translucent plain sheet shall be approved by GE in writing before incorporation in work.
