S&F false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass Fiber Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern having moisture content not less than 2% humidity resistance of 99%. NRC 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225: 1987, non-combustible as per BS 476 (Part-4)- 1970 and light refletance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per Sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000mm, cross- T size from 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per Sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasterners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length-3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. With semi perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions.

S&F 5mm thick PVC hollow wall/ceiling paneling plain/ coloured/ printed fixed with screws to wall and corner, edges of panels be sealed with appropriate arrangement, colour and pattern as approved, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification given on page 162 of SSR-2010 Part-II for solid PVC wall lining including 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and directed .

Demlition of Mud in roof , any thickness , including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or a part thereof, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for roughening surfaces of old/concrete floor by backing sweeping clean and washing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC padding 1:2:4, type B-1(using 20 mm garded stone aggregate) as in roof padding in specified slope, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4, using WPC, complete all as specified and directed .
