Carriage of 400KV Pantograph Isolator from 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau to 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi and Installation of the same after dismantling of Old & Defective Pantograph Isolator along with other associated works with all cost of Men, Material Misc. Consumables, Truck, Crane / Hydra, T&P, etc. Required for satisfactory Completion of Job, as per technical Specification & Direction of the supervising Engineer, as per Details Below : Shifting of 400KV Pantograph Isolator assembly S & S Make from Store to Loading site manually and packing in proper size wooden & steel base arrangement for avoiding damage during transportation at 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau with all due care safety and precaution. Note; Wooden & Steel are providing by contractor.
Loading of 400KV Pantograph Isolator assembly S & S Make on suitable capacity / Size Truck arranged by the contractor with the help of suitable capacity crane/Manually at the site of 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau with all due care safety and precaution.
Safe Carriage of 400KV Pantograph Isolator assembly S&S Make on suitable capacity / Size Truck arranged by the contractor with the help of suitable capacity crane from the Site 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau to 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi (Distance Approx. 160Km.) with all due care safety and precaution.
Unloading of 400KV Pantograph Isolator assembly S&S Make from 03 No. Trucks at working site 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi with help of suitable capacity crane with all due care safety and precaution.
Shifting and placing of MS chequered plate, wooden sleeper etc. from store to working site in the switchyard for easy movement of Hydra / Crane (provided by contractor) as per requirement & & shifting back to store after completion of work.
Providing 1 No. 12 Ton capacity Hydra / Crane for dismantling & Erection of B Pole 400KV Pantograph Isolator assembly of Main Bu-II of 400KV Sarnath-Anpara L5 Bay at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi including Driver & Misc. Consumable material etc.
Dismantling of B phase 400KV Pantograph Isolator assembly of Main Bus-II of 400KV Sarnath-Anpara L5 Bay by opening of nut-bolts of 4” IPS Tube Clamp, Rotary & Support Insulator then put on ground carefully with help of Hydra including shifting of material from site to store at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi.
Erection of B Phase 400KV Pantograph Isolator assembly of Main Bus-II of 400KV Sarnath-Anpara L5 Bay by way of tightening of all nut-bolts of 4” IPS Tube Clamp, Rotary & Support Insulator with help of Hydra along with complete aligment & proper Operation including shifting of AMterial from store to site at 400KV S/S Sarnath, Varanasi.
