Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of advance maintenance free system based earthing comprising of following accessories: (a) Set of 04 Nos 3000mm long, 17.0 mm dia earth electrode made of 99.99% copper circular rod with connect copper strip and electrode with the help copper brazzing of incoming copper strip of size 25 X 3 mm of lenght as per site requirement upto bus bar and distance between each copper earth electrode is minimum 3 m. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY: M & L for 15 mm bore angular stop valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle with long shank and cup, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm dia concealed stop cock, cast copper alloy, chromium plated screwed down, high pressure, fancy type, chromium plated with long shank and cup , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

HANGER FLOOR / DISPERSAL AND PAVEMENT APRON / ROAD / PATH / CULVERT: M & L for 150mm (compacted thickness ) wet mix macadam (WMM) (in twi layers of 75mm each compacted separately ) manufactured in WMM plant. Each layer compacted separately (as per Table 400-12 and 400-13 of MORTH specifications) with crushed stone aggregates specified grading, spreading unsing sensor paver and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. If the water absorbtion value of coarse aggregate is greater than 2% the soundness test shall be carried out on the material deleivered at site.

M & L for Providing and laying Dry Lean Concrete (DLC) 150 mm thick having compressive strength not less than 7Mpa at 07 days (para 4.1 IRC:SP49-2014) for each consecutive group of 05 cubes. Individual strength of each cube must not be less than 5.5 Mpa at 7 days. DLC laid over prepared and laid WMM with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 size of aggregate not exc 26.5mm (grading and other parameter as per table no 600-1 of MORTH specifications/ table IRC : SP-49-2014) mixed in batching planmt , transported to site and laid by sensor paver including spreading and compacting using double drum smooth wheeled roller 80-100 KN of ststic and vibratory capacity including necessary formwork finishing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and laying 20mm thick pavement quality concrete (PQC) on min field Flexural strength of 45 Kg/SQCM lower control limit at 28 days in pavement slab usnig min 360 Kg of cement per Cum as per IRC 15-2011 (only 43 grade OPC must be used in PQC) mixed with non circular synthetic fiber reinforcement by mechanical means at the rate of 0.25% by weight of cement per cum of PQC. The max size of aggregate in PQC must be 31.5mm and gradtion as per table 600-3 MORTH, IRC SP 49 specifications, design mix mixed in batching plant trasported to site laid with sensor paver including bull nosing rounding off the edges including necessary formwork finishing etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for high density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 Micron thickness virgin quality as per ASTMD 2103/IS 2508 laid with side and ovelapping not less than 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing machine pressed cement concrete M-25 with grey cement and no pigment as in kerb stone of size 450 x 300 x 150 mm conforming to IS, complete all as speicified and as directed.

M & L for Forming 25mm wide expansion joint in concrete slab for full depth of PQC. The joint be cleaned and filled with pre- moulded 25 mm thick compressible polyethylene closed cell type filler board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 30 mm dia over filler board and then priming top 15mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane based sealant complying with BS-5212/ euivalent international code with min MAF +/- 30% having 10 year performance guarantee, applying masking tape on the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Forming construction joint 28mm deep x 10mm wide using diamond cutter with closed cell, medium density, cross linked polyethene foam back up rod of 12mm dia, applying bond breaker tape on top of back rod for complete width of the joint, priming top 15mm with specified primer and fitting with poyurethane/polysuphide based sealant with min MAF +30% (with 10 years performance guarantee) and removing the masking tape on edge of joint to prevant accidential spillage of sealant and as specified and as per manufacutrer directions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Forming dummy/contraction joint using diamond cutter with initial saw cut with 3 mm blade soon after concrete set, upto a depth of 1/3rd to 1/4th thickness of slab, widening the first saw cut to 6 mm wide and 24 mm deep from top filling with closed cell, medium density , cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 8mm dia for concrete length of joint,priming top 15 mm with approved primer, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and filling with polyurethane / polysulphide based sealant complying with BS-5212/ euivalent international code with min MAF +/- 30% having 10 year performance guarantee, applying masking tape on the edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant as per the method specified by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing GSB(Granular sub base) Grade-V of MORTH, IRC specifications, 300 mm thick in two layers n exc 15 cm thick watering, ramming/ rolling by tandem whell roller and finshed to logitudinal gradient (1:150) & traverse gradient (1:100) foe achieving field compaction at least to 98% of MDD (Max Dry density) of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL: Construction of septic tank for 50 users complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION: Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (light grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for voltage stabilizer automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 Volt to 250 Volt with and output voltage stabilzed at 230V with accuracy + 2.5% and capacity 1 KVA with time delay relay, under /over voltage relay and overload relay complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for voltage stabilizer automatic operation, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type and designed for input variation between 170 Volt to 250 Volt with and output voltage stabilzed at 230V with accuracy + 2.5% and capacity 4 KVA with time delay relay, under /over voltage relay and overload relay complete all as specified and as directed.

EOT CRANE: Design, supply, testing & installation of ordinary EOT crane, double girder having cross span of 26.0m, long travel 70m and weight lifting capacity of 2 Ton considering following conditions:- (i) Hook height of crane from FFL : 7.00m (ii) The operation and micro speed of crane should be as following:- (a) Main Hoist : 3-4m/min. (b) Micro in main hoist : 0.3m/min. (c) Cross travel : 3-5m/min. (d) Micro in cross travel : 0.3m/min. (e) Long travel : 8-10m/min. (f) Micro in long travel: 0.8m/min. (iii) EOT crane shall be ordinary type and shall comply with the safety specifications given in STEC Pamphlet No.7. (iv) Design of crane and proof checking of design from any of Government Chartered Engineers shall be submitted within 02 months from the acceptance of the tender. NOTES: (1) Crane is to be installed in Hangar of size 70m(L) x 86m(W) x 11m (H). (2) One side of the crane has to move on rails fixed over gantry girder over brackets and other side on the rails sunk in the hangar floor.

DEMOLITION / DISMANTLING: Taking down sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down MCB of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down earthing of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cable of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE 'A' PART- XVI) amount of Rs.95,560.00 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
