Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings, complete all as directed.

Taking down roof trusses, coupled rafters or trussed beams clear span above 4 m to 8 m etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embeded in concrete ,brickwork ,masonry etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed on concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings unframed work under 40 sq. cm in section as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. complete all as specified.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and scantaling.

Demolition of reed, lathing, single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M&L for brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in two layers (10mm+5mm) on brick or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC on second layer finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note- supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately).

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L formwork to rough finished surfaces of flat concrete, sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for providing 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base and plinth protection and paving finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Virified Ceramic light shade tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic (coloured) tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tiles exeeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic (coloured) tiles of size 300x450x6-7mm / 450X 350X 6-7mm thick as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing course in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional and termite treatment alongwith external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc and finished upto delivered level in apron complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing post constructional anti termite treatment by making hole of 12mm dia to be drilled at 300mm apart at the junction of external and internal wall with floor and construction /expansion joint , if any, ground floor only and pouring the emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole and plugging the same with white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing anti termite treatment at points of contact of wood work such as chowkats of wooden doors, window, ventilators, loft, wardrobes, etc by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosin based solution) @ 0.5 ltr/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made soild PVC double door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet but single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30 mm thick (style), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelaminated PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying and fixing in frame at site as all as per specifications and drawings as applicable to item 08101 given in SSR Part – II complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes far top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows,ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and as the directed. Note:- (i) Labour charges for fixing of glass/wire guage/aluminum grills is inclusive in the unit rate quoted. Material and labour for 40mm bore light grade GI pipe fixed as bracket, on wall any type, not less than 1.5 m long and bent to shape as required complete with sutiable clamp made out of 25x4mm Flat iron duly fixed 12mm dia nuts, bolts, washers etc fixed to pole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level ) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of 25X4 mm by means of GI nuts, bolts check nuts and washers earth lead protected by 15mm dia GI pipe light grade and connected to main distribution board/earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and all as specified including testing on completion. Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; taking out/laying UG cable etc. not exceeding 10sq.m on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out including forming bottom surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing / Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning of LT under ground cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm x 3.5core, 1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe of the following cross sectional area including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade water tube with all fittings like socket/union/Tee/Reducer/ Nipple etc laid in trenches /floor/pillar and connection in position as in repair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of earth work like Excavation, returing and filling and removal will be measured and paid seperatley under relevant item of schedule.

S&F in repair 25mm Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, cast copper alloy screwd down high pressure with clutch handle screwed both ends for iron pipe including all fittings and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
