Providing and fixing at all levels precast members using cement concrete of Grade M-30 in copings and / or bed blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, staircases, trench covers, drain covers etc. including hoisting and setting in position with C.M 1:3 (using crushed sand) cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (using crushed sand) on exposed surfaces complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel Supplied by the Contractor Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the own plants of SAIL, RINL or TATA make only using virgin materials
Providing Structural steel work using angles, channels, joists and other sections, welded and / or bolted in built up sections for trusses , structural steel floors, frame works, monorails and other structures including supplying, cutting, welding, fabricating, hoisting, fixing in position, applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge
Up to and including 300 mm Joists, 350 mm channels, and below sections using materials produced by SAIL / RINL (Vizag Steel) / TATA. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications.
Using materials produced by the own plants of SAIL , RINL (Vizag Steel) and TATA only using virgin materials. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials
Providing and fixing at all levels MS bolts including nuts and washers of approved size, quality and make as per requirements and as per specifications, drawings complete all as directed at site by the Engineer in charge.Note foundation bolts should be "High Strength Structural Bolt confirming to IS 3757".
Providing, fabricating and erecting form work (For Plant buildings and mass reinforced concrete work only) at all levels and places wherever needed/specified as per drawing including striking with 12mm Plastic coated, marine resistant waterproof ply with adjustable steel props of acceptable Staging system and with sufficient bracing as approved by Engineer in charge. Cost to include designing of proper form work and staging system to suit the requirements,Submission of design calculations and shop drawings for approval,sealing the joints with heavy duty brown self adhesive tape, aligning to line and levels including M.S. Ties, PVC Spacer, Providing openings/ cutouts/ pockets, applying deshuttering chemical, Deshuttering as per specification and instruction of Engineer in charge etc., complete including cost of material ,labour and staging/scaffolding at all levels, heights and profiles
Providing and removing centering, shuttering, strutting, propping etc., and removal of formwork for foundations, footings, bases of column, Walls, (any thickness) and beams including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. , for mass concrete including cost of all materials, labour. complete as per specifications. all upto plinth level (Applicable for mass reinforced concrete work only)
Provding and constructing brick work in Cement mortar using standard bricks of approved class/ quality, make or brand in foundation and plinth including curing, raking out joints, simultaneous pointing below plinth level if specified, complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
Brick work in C.M 1:4 using crushed sand
Providing patented cement based water proofing treatment from outside to Basement, lift pits, trenches, and other underground structures during construction, consisting of a water proof layer over cement concrete 1:3:6 bedding finished with Rough Shahbad stone of about 20 mm thick, well pointed in the joints with cement and approved make waterproofing compound as per manufcturer's specification and continuing the treatment after completion of floor slab & side walls on the outer face of walls up to 300 mm above the adjacent ground level complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The total treatment of waterproofing treatment shall be around 75 mm for floors and 35 to 40 mm thick for walls. From 0.00 to 6.0 m depth using river sand / crushed sand NOTE.1.The cost of 1:3:6 is not included in this item and is to be catered for separately 2.A working space of about 600 mm shall have to be provided in the excavtion separately for the treatment of exterior faces of walls.3.The water proofing treatment is to be Guaranteed for borne dry condition for a period of 10 years.4. The measurement for payment shall be as per actual area covered by the treatment
Providing, fixing and erection of 4.7m m long Bar Wrapped Steel Cylinder (BWSC) with mortar lining, coating and closed from one end with 8mm thick MS closure plate. , hydro testing, testing of joints, cement mortar lining inside by spinning process, wire wrapping of 6mm diameter at 50 mm centre to centre helical in shape, providing washer plate of size 100x100x12 mm for fixing at site, cement mortar coating from outside as per drawings and specification and as per IS 15155-2002, IS 1916-1989 also including loading, unloading and erection at site, providing hooks for erection etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
