Stay Sets:-

Supply of Stay Set Suitable for 11KV & DTR made of M.S. Round 1800mm in length, 18mm dia having threads up to 300mm on one end with one nut and one check nut to avoid slippage and eye of 40mm dia on other side and welded confirming to REC specification. Elbow made of MS channel iron 75x40x6mm, 250mm long and M.S. Round 18mm dia, vertical height 450mm, both ends bend after putting in two holes in channel iron taking the ends out 25mm minimum in length and welded with channel iron. One anchor of Angle Iron 65x65x6mm, 750mm in length with one hole of 20mm dia in the centre. The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.

Stay Wire:-

Supply of Galvanized Stay Strand conforming to ISS-2141/1992 Edition 2002-05 (with upto date amendments) with heavy coating Zinc hot Dip Galvanized as per ISS-4826/1979 (2001-06) (latest)of following grade and size:- Grade -4 Size 7/3.15mm (7/10 SWG)

EARTHING:-

Supply of Earthing set suitable for HT line/Earthing of metering unit made of GI pipe 40 mm dia (internal dia) wall thickness 3.25 mm medium quality pipe of standard make conforming to IS: specifications 2500 mm long with GI Socket closed at top pipe shall have holes of 12 mm dia every 150 mm apart throughout the length and staggered diameterically. Full clamps of MS Flat 40x3 mm fitted at top end of the pipe along with bolts and nuts size 50x12 mm and washers for fixing the clamp on the pipe. The bottom end of the pipe shall be tapered cut at 45 degree. (For 11KV HT Line)

Erection of Stay Set HT (Digging of pit, fixing of stay rod, filling of pit, Nozzeling, Tighting & fixing of Guy etc.)

Erection of Earthing set for HT Line (Digging of pit, fixing of GI wire to the earth system & filling of pit)

Re-stringing & Re-sagging of ACSR Cond. 6/1/3.35 (50sqmm) (Re-stringing, re-sagging & binding with insulator) for HT Line

Fixing of Jumper

Re-erection of Stay Set HT (Re-Nozzeling, Re-Tighting & Re-fixing of Guy etc.)

Re-stringing & Re-sagging of ACSR Cond. 6/1/2.59 (30sqmm) (Re-stringing, re-sagging & binding with insulator) for LT Line
