Providing Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for One (01) Year (12 Calendar Months) for 20 Passenger (G+4) OTIS Make Lift installed at MRI Building, opposite staircase, Government Super Speciality Hospital, Srinagar, including deployment of qualified OEM-trained service engineers/technicians for preventive, predictive and emergency breakdown assistance. The scope of work shall include routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, testing, fault diagnosis and commissioning of all mechanical, electrical and electronic components including traction machine, VVVF drive, geared/gearless motor, brake assembly, controller, control panels, Automatic Rescue Device (ARD), machine room equipment, guide rails, suspension wire ropes, drive sheaves, deflector pulleys, overspeed governor, safety gears, buffers, landing and car doors, door operators, door interlocks, Car Operating Panel (COP), Landing Operating Panel (LOP), position indicators, travelling cables, limit switches, overload protection system, emergency alarm, intercom, car lighting, ventilation fan, battery backup system and all associated accessories. The work shall also include tightening of electrical terminals, checking insulation resistance, adjustment of door timing and levelling accuracy, testing of braking system, verification of safety circuits, replacement of standard consumable and normal wear-and-tear components wherever required, 24×7 emergency breakdown attendance, statutory safety inspections, maintenance records and ensuring safe, smooth and uninterrupted operation throughout the contract period complete as per OEM recommendations and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
