Demolition of cement reinforced concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre Cast Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Cover slab for manholes/drain etc set in cement mortor 1:6 including use and waste necessary form work (Reinforced shall be measured and paid seprately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking for slabs ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position (unreinforced) in ground floor/paving/plinth etc. not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC flooring type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graged stone aggregate) 100mm thick over sub base including spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consilidation all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered colour cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/steps including screed bed or bedding layer of morter 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry , built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillors, etc but excluding aslar facing , dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry exc 10cm in width with minimum compressive strength of 50Kg/sqcm using PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing of servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness ,M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 (20mm graged aggregate ) as in kerb stones etc. incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed compound , grade "A" for 100mm thick cement concrete slab complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster and the like from brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces including racking out joints , hacking of keys, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping, cills etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete ,using extra cement incl forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed.( Note: only inner girth shall be measured)

Desilting of storm water drains including dewatering mechanically / manually and removing soil/muck to outside the MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed

S&F for framed work such as grills, grating,etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors , ladders, framed balusters, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Fe-310, incl portion framed and hung as gates, pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. completed all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
