M&L Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible and approachable roof" surface (Horizontal, sloped & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer including taking down of existing roof treatment, properly cleaning & drying the concrete surfaces complete (i) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (ii) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm incl cleaning surfaces (iii) Laying /unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, APP based polymeric membrane minimumweighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thickreinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. notless than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surfaceby forced application complete all as specified with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (iv) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10 mm thick rendering on roof surfaces/concrete surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair to sunken floor by provide water proofing treatment to sunken floor surfaces of RCC slab including dismatling of existing suken floor treatment by the following specifications as specified and directed :-(a) Provide PCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 type A with using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in slope of average thickness 50mm on sunken floor slab mixed with and including integral water proofing compound as approved, finish the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.(b) Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with & including integral water proofing compound on sunken floor and sides of (Vertical surface) sunken portion.(c) Applying surfaces of bituminous primer (conforming to IS-3384-1965) @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm complete. on complete sunken surfaces of floor & wall and provide necessary connections to soil/waste pipe from WC/ nahani trap etc including demolation of old sunken complete all as specified and as directed. (d) applying a tack coat of Industrial bitumen grade of 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces (1st coat for bonding material below membrane and 2nd coat on top of membrane.) (e) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provide PVC spout pipe of 25mm bore & 45cm length in sunken floor including cutting holes in brick walls built in cement mortor and making good the dismantled portion in PCC (1:2:4), type B1 with using 20mm graded stone aggregate with wall finish at the disturbed portion of external surfaces complete as directed and specified.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in ridges, roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for MS framed works as in trusses, purline, rafters, column square/rectangular, round or angle section, fixed with and including iron cleats or other connected plates flate iron wind ties etc incl bending of MS section as requried complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed coloured ceremic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7 mm/450x350x7mm thick, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) & Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling and removing rubbish off the premises. complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L non-skid coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) & dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling and removing rubbish off the premises. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground levelcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 with 20 mm graded aggregate in slap supported on wall, beam & coloumn in any location complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, inclduing cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia conforming to IS-432 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, with and including joint filling (Size 30mm deep x 10mm wide) with sealing compound grade-A at 3m interwal and corner complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0(using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in paving fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors glossy finished with grey cement and pigment and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar(1:4) 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class `B` bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar( 1:6) including Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished fair and even including Taking down cement plaster on brick/block wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L applying two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered or unplastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer to new wooden surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
