Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in any floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site of work as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/mass concrete and finished the top surface even and fair complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 300x300x20-25mm thick Glossy Finished chequered cement concrete tiles rubberised moulded with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry including laid over a screed bed of 20 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for PCC coloured interlocking (glossy finishing) paver blocks with grey cement and with pigments confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade as in hardstanding etc. laid over and including 50 mm thick loose layer of sand, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour dismantling of old/existing PCC interlocking paver block of any size / any pattern and refixing in same position with dry sand cussion as per ground requirment for match to level complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MS angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) as in posts to fencing /Ladder/ cattle traps or covering to drains etc fixed in position conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250) (quality-A), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masanory,laid dry below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exc. 50 m and depositing in soft/hard soil, where directed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition, complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Nominal Mix as in slabs supported on walls for culverts over open drains, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of colmns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work finished rough surface.

Material & Labour for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, sturts, piers, columns and stanchions square, rectangular or polygonal finished rough.

Supply & Fixing for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto- but 6mm to 8mm dia (as in stirrups).

Material & Labour brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item above but except stones, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls ,concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of concrete block masonry/brick masonry in cement concrete 1:4 cement mortar and finished fair and even all as specified.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces in cement concrete 1:4 cement mortar and finished fair and smooth all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh (Chain Link Fencing) from Angle Iron posts or from RCC posts etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C. including separating of steel) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground any dia (Posts embedded in Concrete, brick work, ground masonry, etc), complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Material & Labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in CM 1:4 as in fencing posts, man hole covers etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item).

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc0.5cum, getting out in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n.exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in flats to secure posts and struts in fencing/chain link fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of mild steel galvanised dia of wire 3.15mm thick and mesh size 50 x 50mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Supply & Fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long and dia of bolt 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel work in tublar pipes (hollow) square or rectangular including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade st 240 etc confirming to fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A in framed work as in doors or gates of pipes or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Nominal Mix as in column footings & bases for columns.

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete Type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) Nominal Mix as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) jali/louvers of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, including taking complete.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section ndicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4 (Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid) Set in cement mortar 1:4 (Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item above)

Material & Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Coping, complete al as specified and as directed by the EIC.

Material & Labour for Granite work (Jet/Telephonic Black) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, counter basins, urinal partitions etc. and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new or prevously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint , white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour two coat of exterior emulsion paint white or tinted on walls or fascia of roof or chajjas or RCC Jallis/Louvers on prepared putty surfaces or old painted surfaces of bldg upto tripple storeys bldgs complete all as specified & directed. Note : Make :-Asian Paints (Brand-Ace)/ Berger paint (Brand -Walmasta) / Nerolac paint (Suraksha plus)

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes, soil , waste and pipes etc (RCC/ SWG/CI etc) of any description in trenches or floors, including connections and fittings all as specified and as directed of following bore size.

Material & Labour for Providing lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and joining at all level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (Duble wall corrugated) pipes with reqd jointing accessories of SN8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydrotesting (including the cost and conveyance of water to site fortesting) and Comissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per direction of Engineer in charge for the following bores :-

Material & labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching ,kerbs compelete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for manhole including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work finishing exposed surface.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concret, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, initred/stopped ends.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new sewage line / diverting some line to new manhole for smooth flow ; 225mm bore (internal dia of pipe ) incl making good to disturbed benching and haunching, plaster etc and forming new branch channel ( ½ round of ¾ section) if required in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and smooth finished , reforming benching as required and as directed for internal dia for the following pipe. (Each Man hole shall be measured under this item )
