1)The tender should indicate the Manufacturers name, month and year of manufacturing by casting/stamping/etching/embossing at an appropriate place of each piece supplied, without affecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components /material. However, if the same is not possible because of component/item being small in size or any other reason what severe, tender should indicate the same in their offer. 2) (i)The Railway reserves the right to place orders for entire or bulk quantity on OEM or their authorized dealers. (ii) Any firm quoting on behalf of OEM must submit valid & tender specific authorization certificate from their OEM along with their offer and agree for inspection by the nominated agency at the premises of their principal, failing which their offer is liable to be rejected. Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

INSPECTION BY THIRD PARTY INSPECTION AGENCY AT FIRM'S PREMISES.

Installation and commissioning by firms Engineers/Technician at BOXN Depot/Andal With demonstration of technical instructions, maintenance practice dos and don't etc.

MTC must be submitted along with the supply by the firm.

30 months warranty declaration by the OEM/manufacturer on its letter head.

Bidders must submit detailed technical specifications for the offered machine, clearly indicating specific values and data for each parameter mentioned in the Annexure. Failure to provide complete and precise information may result in the offer not being considered.

During the warranty period, the firm should attend the on-site repairing of any faulty unit within 48 hours of telephonic intimation.

Only OEMs or Authorized Dealer of OEMs are eligible to participate the tender. OEM/OEM authorization certificate must be submitted during submission of bid.

The Bidders shall, in their offer, submit performance certificate of 05 nos. of same or higher capacity machines with mentioned, supplied in the last three years and the machine covered by these certificates must have worked satisfactorily for at least one year from the date of commissioning as on the original date of closing of tender otherwise offer will not consider.

Compliance test report from a government laboratory and OEM certifying machine as per IEC 60974- 1.2012. Schematic layout drawing which should reveal all mentioned parameters.

The detailed manufacturer's test report of the offered machine/model shall be enclosed with the bid.

GC/WC as per IRS T&C and GC/WC certificate to be submitted at the time of delivery of material.
