Cleaning and rodding the blocked sewage line to any depth till the smooth flow of sewage line is restored including plugging of manholes temporarily as and when required and washing down complete sewage line with water including removing sludge and foreign materials from manholes in line and removing and refixing manhole covers and rodding complete all as directed for following size of pipes :-

Day to day maintenance and petty repair of sewage line (complaints pertaining to safaiwala) by attending daily complaints lodged by the users through IVRS / mobile / SMS / email and manual registering of complaints at B/R complaint cell on all working days (except Sunday, National Holidays and Closed Holidays) by deploying 03 (Three) Safaiwala per day, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. [Note : (i) Minor complaint shall be completed within 24 hours and major complaints with in a week. (ii) If safaiwala not attended complaint within time frame mentioned above 50 % shall be deducted job completed by him. (iii) The contractor will be responsible to maintain daily job completed by the safaiwala deputed by him in the sub work and obtained signature of I/C complaint cell/Engr-in-Charge daily at 1700 hours on all working days.]

Cleaning of manholes of any size and of any depth by taking out semi solid/solid sludge complete and removing sludge in covered vehicle out of MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dewatering of tank & cleaning of all dirt, waste precipited materials & washing by using bleaching powder & cleaning with fresh water and removing particles from OHT exc 50000 gallons but not exc 1.10 lakhs gallon etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes etc and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item 5.00 above but exc 1.5m depth and n. Exc 3.0mtr in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up RCC, drain pipes set in cement mortar for the following sizes and removing debris from the site complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

M&L for RCC pipes class NP-3 with socketed ends laid and jointed complete with cement joints of 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Laying of sewage line in running sewage water & temporary diversion /plugged of existing sewage line & bailing of sewage water is the responsibility of contractor and the rate for the same is seems to be included in the contract)
