Notes:- For Item No 27 to 32 1. The Panel Should be approved by CPRI. 2. The rates Quoted shall include for excavation & earth work, Plinth protection around the panel apprx 75cm and also excavation & earthwork for angle iron frame for foundation of panel board up to 0.50 m below GL in any type of soil and PCC 1:4:8 type D2 filling in foundation. The ground clearance of panel board shall be 0.40 M from GL to the bottom of panel board.Note : (i) Electrical connection from switchgear to bus bar would be through copper strips of suitable size. (ii) The internal electrical connection for measuring instruments would be through multi-stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size. (iii) The termination of incoming and outgoing cable into and from switchgear would be through properly crimped aluminum lugs of suitable rating incommensurate with that of switchgear. M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (iii) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

Supply, erecting and fixing in replacement of true vertical position of steel tubular swaged pole, 9 mtr long complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screws as specified and of type 410 SP-31, conforming to relevant IS, including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint and two coats of bituminous paint inside and outside of botton portion up to 1.8 mtr length all as specified and provide circular bend 1 No of length 2 m including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. Supply, fixing and stringing in replacement of ACSR conductor (Weasel/ Ferret) for over head line securing on pole complete including binding wire, jointing sleeves aluminium tap and PG clamp etc of any size all as specified and as directed. (Note :- (a)jumper on cutout point/2 pole structer/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC insulated sleeve. (b) Rate is inclusive of jumpers materials & tree branch cutting to make a safe distance from over head line.)

M&L for repair of LT Panel board of any size with replacing the damagable angle iron frame, unserviceable MCCB, MCB, switch fuse unit, change over, Busbar, etc jointig cable with proper lugs, nut, bolt and washers, cleaning the panel by using of CRC Soluation and repairing thhe panel door by using hinges and repairing the lock system, welding etc painting the LT Panel wit one coat of primer & two coat of synthetic enamel paint as approved or as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:(i) MCCB, MCB, Switch fuse unit and change over switch measured and paid separately. (ii) Labour for MCCB, MCB, Switch fuse unit and change over switch measured and paid separately. (iii) Rate of new Busbar, lugs,CRC Solution,nut,bolt, painting, panel lock etc and washers are deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB TPN 63 Amps with breaking cap 16 KA and connecting all as directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB DP, 40 Amps with 10 KA breaking / rupturing capacity including neccssary connection complete all as directed.

Labour for restringing of LT over head line consisting of 4/5/6 conductors retrived from ser item No 36 by dismantling taking down, unserviceable, damged ACSR conductor, repairing wherever required including cutting, re-joining and restringing in, with proper sag, binding to insulator with and including aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Only good and serviceable conductors shall be used, unserviceable conductors will be credited to contractor under schedule of credit. (ii) Rate of Transporting of conductor from one site to another site is included this rate.

Supply and Fixing in repair of chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size dia 4 mm thick and steel wire mesh aperture 50 mm of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire fixing 10 mm dia mild steel round bar to tighten chain link fencing including necessary hooking binding cutting etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for construction of plinth (of size 2000mm x 2000 mm x 1500 mm) including excavation in trenchs in any type of soil,PCC 1:4: 8 in foundation fly ash bricks masonry in cement mortor 1 : 6, filling with moorum inside the plinth and RCC 1:2:4 over plinth including 16 mm bar reainforcement with center to centre distance 100mm and external surface of masonary shall be plasterd with cement morter 1:4 and painted with weather coat paint ( double coat paint ) of shade as directed by Engr In Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of synthetic insulating rubber mat tested for 1.1 KV with test certificate for installation of size 2m x 1m x 15 mm etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replcement of vertical type air break switch, gang operated, tripple pole, mechnically operated, outdoor type, with all fittings and accessories mounted on and including 11000V porcelain insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length to worked from ground, including locking arrangements , suitable for 11000 volts, 400 Amps current rating complete including dismantling existing one all as specified and as directed.
