(iii) Welded shutter (02 Nos) of size 40mmx60mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut mechanically joint with 6mm allen key bolt clamp with 5mm clear glass both side EPDM rubber gasket metal body hand lever type single point lock, aluminium kobra hinges 2 Nos per shutter. (iv) 12mm SS 202 grade round bar safety grill at 100mm cc distance modified to 150mm cc distance in front of handle, welded at both ends with 6mm SS 202 grade round bar. (v) Welded wiremesh shutter (2 Nos) of size 40mmx18mmx1.3mm thickness 45 degree cut with 0.45mm nominal dia of SS wire mesh, SS 75mm long hinges & PVC magnet. (vi) Entire window shall be powder coated with pure polyster coat of any shade as approved by GE. (vii) Window shall be installed with silicone.

M&L for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, welded or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, window frames, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work fixed in position including holdfasts or screws confirming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cms width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair 25 mm dia SS curtain rod 1.6mm thick, with fixing brackets, side knobs of good quality as approved complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly/old plastered surfaces of walls and to prepare the surface even and smooth and finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over and including 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering with readyimix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on face of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface without using extra cement on wall including necessary scaffolding, formwork, safety precautions for multi storey bldgs up to G+2 stories complete all as specified as directed .

M&L for preparation of new surfaces (Plastered or un-plastered) of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including 1-2mm wall care putty complete all as specified as directed .

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and lapping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removing from cantonment area or as directed.

S&F for Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on and including 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface up to 3 cuts complete all as specified and directed ., including providing skirting up to 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same manner.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling cast iron pipe & reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar of any dia upto 100mm. complete all as specified and directed .
