Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation,grass ,bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 201.

Subgrade using STONE DUST improve the subgrade CBR 7 to Construction of subgrade for 300mm depth by using picked material obtained from the existing surface by mechanical means and then adding 50% of defict materials by using carted earth obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to

Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 m Excavation for road work in soil with hudraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity inclucing cutting and loading in tippers, timming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and transporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m and jead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE: Providing and laying bituminoua concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @5.4 to 5.6 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H

New Technology For Widening

Improving Subgrade using Terrasil and Zycobond Laying and spreading available soil (including existing worn out WBM layer metal) in the subgrade on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spread soil in place with rotavator with Terrasil @ 0.6 kg/Cum and Zycobond @0.6 Kg/Cum at Optimum Moisture Content; grading with motor grader and compacting with the smooth two wheeled road roller to the desired density to form a layer of improved Sub-grade as per Technical Specification Clause 403 (refer MORD specifications 402, Page no.4-8).

ZYDEX Waterproofing of the shoulder surface by spraying 1kg of Terrasil or Equivalent and 1kg of Zycobond or Equivalent in the ratio of 1:1:200 with Potable Water and spraying on the surface @ 3ltrs/sqm and compacting with a static roller. Complete job

Construction of Stablized Gravel /aggregate Sub - Base & Base Grading B Construction of Sub base & Base by way of using blended material comprising of 60% Available soil of CBR> 5; 40% GSB Material, Grade B; 3% Cement by weight of soil; 1kg of Terrasil or Equivalent per cum & 1kg of Zycobond or Equivalent per cum ; Mechanically blended using a Rotavator at Optimum Moisture Content; laid in Two layers of Equivalent Depth each and duly compacted with Static Roller Including Maintaining the Camber as per specifications. PRIMER COAT (High Porosity) - Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (Grade CSS-1) Providing and applying primer coat with cationic bitumen emulsion(water based) modified with Nanotechnology based Penetrative Reactive Water-soluble Organosilane material (forming water clear solution) qualifying as per the test, on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and prime coat-mix made using 100 part Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (Grade CSS-1) and 200 parts of Nanotechnology Solution (1 kg Terraprime :200 liter water (≤1000ppm TDS) and spraying at the rate of 1.35 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification.

Routine Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years. As per General condition of contract para 32.2.2
