The software should be suitable for controls upto 100+ sirens, the system can be expand to accommodate changing needs.

For Supply ,Testing, Designing, Erection and commissioning of Autonomy of the System The system should have Solar Panels of Sufficient Rating to be autonomous for minimum three days i.e. the system should have sufficient storage capacity in the shape of batteries charge controller and other accessories required for successful operation of the system in case of non- availability of sunlight and the system operate for minimum five times in a day. Solar panel with 24/12V DC output with required W/VA capacity to be decided by the vendor. The System should be capable of bearing the load of the Local Control System for 3 sunless days in a row. Batteries are to be mounted in the same pole/placed on foundations in a cabinet having IP 65 suitable for open environment. For Supply ,Testing, Designing, Erection and commissioning of Electronic Siren up to 2 km The Sirens should be omni directional and the system audio output must be of high quality and distinctly audible upto 2 Km from Siren/Hooter point for Considering ambient noise, system audio output must be at least 3dB above the ambient noise conditions. For Supply ,Testing, Designing, Erection and commissioning of Feedback Unit for status of Local Stations at Control Room All feedbacks (on, off, trip, faults etc) of the equipment installed for Alert, Information and Direct system should communicate to main Control room SCADA.

For Supply ,Testing, Designing, Erection and commissioning of Interface system for Radio and 3G/4G link on wireless communication through dual SIM and associated software at control room A suitable interface/communication system of reputed make should be installed in the Local Station with the capability of operating over 3G/4G Link through Dual SIM and should be accordingly interfaced with main Control Room SCADA.

For Supply ,Testing, Designing, Erection and commissioning of Mounting Poles for Local Stations Pole for Mounting of the system: Minimum height of pole required is 10 meters, Gl pole /S355 grade as per BSEN10025 having maintenance access and suitable platform with a safe and reliable raising and lowering mechanism for accessories mounted on the pole is to be applied along with the system for floor /ground mounting. The clamps, nuts and bolts etc. are also to be provided. Pole Foundation: The foundation /concrete base for mounting of pole will be in vendor's scope and the bidder shall provide foundation /Structural details of the siren mount along with the pole/tower for the siren system to withstand wind speed of 150 Km/hr.
