Carrying out servicing/maint of 275/200/250 KVA DG set, Make : 'Greaves/Kirloskar' including 'B' check as per manufacturers mannual through authorised dealer of DG set manufacturer of existing DG Make and testing of DG set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- All material/spares parts required for carrying out above maintenance/servicing shall be measured and paid separetely as 'Supply only' items as mentioned below and shall be of make-Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins as per make of DG set and labour element required for replacing the spares parts including replacement of minor spare parts which are essential for carrying out servicing/maintenance of DG sets shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer against item No. 01 above.

Repair/servicing of radiator assembly of 125/160/200/250/275 KVA DG Set (Greaves/Kirloskar/Cummins) after dismanteling and removing cooling fans, guard plates and lowering the same from engine after draining out water from radiator and scrapping / removing sludge / scale inside tank with acid including replacement MS tank (botom portion) at rusted portion by cutting/ welding / brazing with 2mm thick copper plate including painting. Remounting the same at its original position and repalcement of pre mixed coolent as per the ratio fixed by manufacturer and testing complete all as directed by Enginer-in-Charge. (Note- Pre mixed coolent shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule)

All as per item No. 37 but for 10 to 63 & 100 KVA DG Set of Greaves/Cummins/Kirloskar.

Supply and fixing new Self starter, auto lock, 12/24V of existing make, on the 125/160/200/250/275 KVA DG Set and taking out u/s self starter from DG set.

All as per item No. 39 but for 10/20/30/40/63/100 KVA DG Set.

Taking down unserviceable Self starter from the DG Set 125/200/250/275 KVA including dismantling the Self starter and taking out burnt winding armature & field coil and cleaning the slot including re winding of armature, field coil with enameled copper conductor of existing gauge including insulating material and heat varnish. Replacing worn out armature auto lock-01PC,Carbon brushes set, Pinion set, copper bush Set, Guard piece rubber, carbon rocker, Solinoid coil and reassembling the Self starter and mounting on its original position by replacing worn out nut bolts washers including painting of self starter all as directed by the Engr in Charge.

Dismantling and opening of turbo charger assembly of 63/100/125/160/200/250/275 KVA DG Set and repair/overhauling and replacement of turbo charger kit including refixing, testing complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item No. 42 but of capacity 10/20/30/40 KVA DG Set.

Dismantling and repair/calliberation of fuel pump of 63/100/125/160/200/250/275 KVA DG Set including replacement of seal and kit from authorised delears work shop including refixing and testing complete.

All as per item No. 44 but of capacity 10/20/30/40 KVA DG Set.

Repair/Servicing of water pump and replacement of water kit and water seal of 30 to 275 KVA DG Set complete all as directed.

Dismantling and taking down alternator assembly from existing engine and transporting to workshop and carry out servicing / maintenance of alternator unit of capacity 125/160/200/250/275 KVA DG set as per the phase work :- (a) Opening of Alternator and cleaning / remvoing dust from armature and field coil. (b) Cleaning of used / old lubricated substances drive/non drive end bearings. (c) Cleaning end cheeking of AVR unit (d) Cheking and tighting of coupling bolts and replacement of rubber inserts. (e) M&L for carrying out heat varnishing for field and armature coil and kept in heating chamber for 48 hours for drying properly. (f) Replacement of Bearings as per existing size. (g) Reassembling complete unit and carrying out testing at workshop and transportation to installation and coupling with DG Set including necessary alignment, cable connections all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge

All as per item No. 47 but of cpacity 30 to 63 & 100 KVA DG Set

Supply and replacement of piston with rings, cylinder linner and gaske set complete including caliberation and overhauling of injector assembly complete all as directed suitable for 20 to 160 KVA DG set.

Cleaning and scraping of old painted surface of 125/160/200/250/275 KVA DG set including removing of oily substances for painting of complete DG Set (such as Engine, alternator, base frame, inlet/out let pipes, fuel tank cylinderical/ square type with stand, LT control panel board, concreate platform) by using first quality automotive paint as per MES colour codes including canopy and letter writting of SM/MES No and out going feeder names on LT panel complete all as specfied and directed.

All as per item No. 50 but of capacity 10 to 100 KVA DG Set

Fabrication of new POL tank made of MS sheet 3mm thick of size 0.75 x 0.75 x 0.75 mtr and opening at top for filling of diesel with locking arrangement and fixed on four legs made of MS chanel ISMC 75, size 1.5 Mtr long each and provision of angle iron ladder with MS angle ISA35x35x5 mm thick from ground level to POL tank complete grouting on ground with necessary arrangements including PCC (1:2:4) Type B-2 including connection of POL Tank to FIP of DG set with GI Pipes of 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & repalcement of water temp gauge with cable complete as per sample.

Supply & replacement of Lub oil pressure gauge complete with cable as per sample.

Supply & replacement of Amp meter as per sample.

Supply and topping up of electrolite for 1280 specific gravity for 12 volts batteries.

Taking out and removing electric connection of voltage stabilizer from LT panels and transporting it to workshop for repair and back to station after repair including loading and unloading the voltage stabilizer of capacity 20 KVA to 315 KVA all as directed.

Dismantling the voltage stabilizer by taking out transformer oil and storing for reuse after cleaning and removing moisture from it taking all the assembly of voltage stablizer and removing / repairing the unserviceable parts, reassembling it after repair testing and commissioning the voltage stablizer of capacity 20 KVA to 315 KVA balanced type (spares to be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule 'A')

Cleaning of internal wall/floors of RCC over head reservoirs of Capacity 25000 Gallon including removing fine sand/silt deposited inside the over head reservoirs with the help of wire brushes and removing any fungus formation inside the tank, removing the waste by opening wash out valves and applying caustic soda solution and one coat of lime wash internally including writing work with one coat of synthetic enameled paint as per colour code for (a) date of cleaning (b) Next due date of cleaning (c) Capacity of tank etc, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : All precautionery measure such as safety belt, climbing rope etc to be taken by the contractor for safeguard of human life while working on overhead reservoir.

Servicing of Chlorine dosing system complete including electrical control system and necessary cleaning of silt, dirt at chlorine tank with any cleaning solution and washing the chorine drum twice, replacement of minor accessories like deteriorated 8mm dia connection pipe etc. replacement of major spares like agitator, dosing pump and GM Nozzle etc. NOTE : 1. Minor accessories shall be included in the item rate. 2. Major accessories shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing motor agitator, 120 Watt, single phase, 220 Volt C, 50 Hz, 6 pole, 900 RPM to rotate and mixing granular chlorine to be fixed with the existing chlorine dosing tank complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing shaft impeller complete with impeller dia 80mm, shaft dia 32mm, MOC - PVC, to be fixed with the existing chlorine dosing tank complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Chemical / bacteriological analysis and potability test of water obtained from bore well from authorised laboratory and submitting the report in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Turbidity test of water obtained from different bore well from authorised laboratory and submitting the report in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of aviation obstruction light for overhead water storage tank or reservoir with LED lamp 1 Watt of 100 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : C & S Cat Pat No LTAL 100 or equivalent in PHILIPS / CROMPTON GREAVES/Havells/Bajaj)

M&L for water level indicator for Overhead reservoir or undergound/semi underground sump comprising sensors for 10 levels indicators and features of alarm on low and high levels with indications. The system to have alarm by pass and different indication in case of alarm by pass including connecting to the nearest system by providing 2 core copper conductor cable 1.5sqmm etc and taking out old unserviceable water level indicator all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Make shall be approved by GE before incorporation of the work.

Supplying laying jointing connecting testing and commissioning of communication cable 10 core 0.5 Sqm PVC sheathed heavy duty LT copper conductor cable complete including 16 SWG GI wire for supporting the communication cable and binding both the GI wire and communication cable at 1mtr gap including replacement of old unserviceable communicable cable of water level sensor of under ground sump or over head reservoir etc Note : All precautionery sefety measure shall be taken by contractor for safeguard of humen life while working on overhead reservoir or underground/semi-underground sump.

Material and labour for cleaning of service overhead tank of capacity 500Ltr complete including disconnection of inlet/outlet tank nipple or tank connection, double wash of inner surface of the tank by removing dirt, scale, silt etc by means of wire brush using bleaching powder solution or any other chemical, finally washing with clear water and writing date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning in a rectangular box of size 75cm x 50cm, writing with white paint, size of letters not mor than 50mm complete with re-connection of pipe lines, testing the serviceability all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 97 capacity 1000 Ltr.

Supply and fixing float valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for iron pipe 20 mm dia (minimum weight 210 gms) including taking out float valve of size 20mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for fabricated steel frame steel structural work as provision to improve the installation incl nut bolts, washer, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and directed by Engr-in-charge including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer complete all directed.
