SUB-HEAD 1 -- Distribution Wiring for AC

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR'(Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required.[E-14, 1.a]

2 x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC. [E-14, 1.a.iii]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 kV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the 32mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' ( (Precision make) pipe and making necy. connection as required

4x126/0.4 (16 sqmm) + 2x80/0.4 (10 sqmm) as ECC [E-9, C.1.g1]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. [F-5,9]

SUB-HEAD 2--BDB

Supplying and fixing double door Vertical TPN MCB Distribution board for MCCB incomer with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall as per GS as per direction of EIC. 4 Way ( Up to 160 A ) Make - Legrand, Enclosure (607913) [D-11 , 15]

Supplying and fixing double door sheet steel (16SWG), powder coated cable end box for TPN DB horizontal / vertical enclosure with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish with nuts bolts etc incl. provision for earthing attachment For 4 Way VTPN ,VERTICAL [D-12,16 ]

Supplying and fixing 415 V Four Pole MCCB of Breaking capacity 25kA/35kA with fixed thermal and fixed magnetic / adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting in existing DBs / enclosure and necessary connection [ Make - Legrand / Schneider/L&T) as per direction of EIC.]. 160 A [D-8, 10]

Supplying and fixing double door Horizontal TPN MCB Distribution board with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall as per GS.( Make - Legrand/ Schneider/ Crabtree) as per direction of EIC. )

6 Way Make - Legrand, Enclosure-607716/Schneider, Enclosure-A9HTND06/Crabtree, Enclosure- (DCDKTHODCW06) or equivalent cat of Siemens/L&T as approved E.I.C as approved by E.I.C [ 14 / D- 10 ]

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB Isolator on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection as per GS [Make-Legrand/ Schneider/Siemens/ Crabtree/ L&T) as per direction of EIC. ]

Supplying and fixing 240/415 V MCB of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connectionas per GS [Make-Legrand/ Schneider/Siemens/Crabtree/L&T) as per direction of EIC. ]

SUB-HEAD 3 -- TIMER FOR AC

S&F of 250V timer DB (equivalent to 12 way SPNDB in size) with double door sheet steel enclosure, neutral bar, din rail, with IP43 protection comprises with 1 nos 25A DPMCB(C-curve 10kA) and 1 no 24 hr digital time switch(L&T,GIC) and 1 no 22A(L&T MNX 22-2P, cat no. - CS90238) power contactor, Starter(North West 11A to 18A ) complete with internal wiring (1.5 sq.mm - control wiring.4.0 sq.mm - power wiring) with suitable size of copper wire including 1 no toggle switch(For Auto/Manual/Off), with Door locking arrangement by common panel keys as used in panel and 2 nos LED( RED color AC ON , GREEN color - AC OFF , must be written in engraving/steel/plastic plate by black color) indicator and earthing attachment as per direction of EIC (Make:- L&T/SIEMENS/ABB/Legrand or equivalent make as approved by E.I.C) .

SUB-HEAD 4 -- LTPNL & CABLE for Hybrid CCU/SNCU/GNYE OT for load reducing from existing too old metal clad LTPNL

Supplying and fixing 160 A,415V, TPN on load front operated Changeover switch with Sheet Steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc as per GS [ Make L& T /Havells/HPL]. [D-2, 3a]

Supplying & fixing sheet metal (16 SWG) Iron Clad Busbar chambers on angle iron frame on wall, incl. earthing attachment and painting as required – (As per Drawing no. 470 of PWD Specification Book – May 1991) No of bars : 4 Bar Size :4 x 50x5mm (Cu Bar) Box Size : 500x150mm 415 V, 315 A [D-13, b]

Supplying & laying of Copper cable to the existing SFU unit . Specification : Single core PVC insulated FRLSH Copper cable, insulation Voltage level 1100 V (Make-Gloster/KEI/RR /Polycab)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.

Supply of 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured Aluminium Conductor cables(A2XWY) for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [ Make - Polycab/Gloster/KEI]

Laying of cable above 3½ core 50 sqmm and upto 3½ core 90 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS GI /MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting ,[F-1, 2 d ]

Laying of cable as below, on existing Cable Tray and binding with suitable size GI/MS Clamp of ..

Supply and installation of L.T. cubical type fully compartmentalized distribution panel board, having rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with 16 SWG CRCA sheet with M.S. angle iron frame (main frame with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle and each compartment with 40 x 40x6 mm angle iron). The base of panel should be made with 75mmx 40mm x 6mm M.S. channel. Each compartment will be providing with hylam board at back side. The panel should have cable alley at both side of panel. Incoming Arrangement : a) 415V, 315 A TPN Switch Disconnector Fuse unit with HRC Fuse(Make –L&T/ABB/Siemens-Front handle) ---.1 No. Busbar Arrangement b) 500V, 415 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 bar copper bus bar [size of flat (4x50mm x 5 mm) / Equivalent size mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylam sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification-1 Set Outgoing Arrangement : a) 415V, 160 A TPN Switch Disconnector Fuse unit with HRC Fuse in open execution(Make–L&T/Siemens-Front handle)- 2 Nos .b) 415V, 125 A TPN Switch Disconnector Fuse unit with HRC Fuse in open execution(Make–L&T/Siemens-Front handle)- 2 Nos. b) 415V, 63 A TPN SFU in open execution(Make–L&T/Siemens-Front handle)- 2 Nos. c) E.I. Danger Board of suitable size - 1No.

Metering Panel: a) 3ph LED ammeter--1 no. b) 3ph LED voltmeter-1 no. c) 230V RYB. LED indicator lamp (Siemens/L&T)-- 3 nos. d) 300/5 Amp ratio C.T (Kappa) --- 3 nos. e) Slide lock fuse---- 3 nos. Interconnection :- All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars. Installation :- The complete panel board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal incl. net cement finish as directed by the E.I.C. Painting: The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating. Earthing :- A separate continuous aluminum earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support.

Concrete Road Cutting and mending good damages to the original finish with the help of suitable tools and expert Labours and M25 Grade concrete-- Concrete Road Cutting Dimension: Length- 7 mtr , Width - 0.5 Mtr , Depth - 0.8 Mtr PCC concrete casting grade : (1:1:2 :: cement:sand:stone chip 5/8'' ) M 25

PART- B : SITC of AC

SITC of 2.0 ton capacity Hi-wall mount fixed speed split Air-conditioner machine fitted with tropical Rotary compressors Rotary compressors cooling capacity-24000 btu/hr, air flow- 800 suitable for Refrigerant-R410A/R32 of rated power supply 230 V-1 Ph- 50 Hz along with all accessories (Make-O-General / Mitsubishi heavy duty (heavy industries) or equivalent make approved by EIC). incl. supply & fixing of non corrosive metal bracket for resting ODU on it by the help of nut & bolting and mending the damages as per direction of E.I.C.

SITC of 1.5 ton capacity Hi-wall mount fixed speed split Air-conditioner machine fitted with tropical Rotary compressors cooling capacity-18000 btu/hr, air flow-600 suitable for Refrigerant-R410A/R32 of rated power supply 230 V-1 Ph- 50 Hz along with all accessories (Make-O-General / Mitsubishi heavy duty (heavy industries) or equivalent make approved by EIC). incl. supply & fixing non corrosive metal bracket for resting ODU on it by the help of nut & bolting and mending the damages as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Laying Extra Add-on items- 5/8" (for suction) & 1/4"(for discharge) copper refrigerant pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation, 4 core x 2.5 sq.mm. copper cable (Make - KEI/HAVELLS/POLYCAB/GLOSTER) incl. fixing arrangement and wrapping insulation of aerotape complete in all respect for 1.5/ 2 TR A.C. Machine. and Supply & laying PVC Drain Pipe 25mm dia by shaddling on wall incl. PVC "T", elbow, bend etc as per direction of E.I.C

Supplying, fabrication & fixing 2 Nos. M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (50mm x50mmx 6mm ms angle) of 1.4 m length for making Base frame for installation of AC ODU incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. as per direction of E.I.C incl. Platform. (If required according to the site condition instead of metal arm bracket as per direction of EIC)
