Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement four and eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting of steel centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire and labour charges for cutting bending tying etc etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc completeand as directed by department officials..

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, two part of fine aggregate and four part of course aggregate) mix using 20mm HBG ISS metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Exterior Emulsion paint Two coats with good quality of approved Emulsion paint including cost of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing applying and proper curring etc., Complete as per Standard Specifications for 10 sqm
