Taking down carefully old point wiring (Light / Fan/ Socket/ Bell Point) with aluminium/ copper conductor cable complete including fittings such as ceiling rose, holders, regulators, bell, switch and socket from existing concealed conduits/ casing caping and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor complete to match with the existing surface/ finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

M&L for Point wiring for one light/ ceiling fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way 6 Amp switch with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade, ISI marking drawn thorugh and new non metallic PVC rigid concealed conduit and conduit accessories, medium grade, ISI marking, concealed Frame for fixing switches, sockets, inculding one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable FRLS grade as in earth wire for continuity and connecting to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete including making good the disturbed surface by Putty and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour of the wall (wash/ paint/ distemper) wherever required (as per the existing condition) complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost of modular metal flush box and Modular white Cover Plate with Frame, MS terminal boxes and blank plate if required shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. All as per item No 2.00 above but point wiring with 2.5 Sqmm single core copper cable and earth continuity wire with 2.5 Sqmm single core cable for one three pin 15 socket outlet point on independent board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in replacement submain wiring alongwith earth wire with 2 run of 1.5 Sqmm (Main Cable and neutral) and one run of 1.5 Sqmm as earth wire of FRLSHPVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable drawn through existing rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia bore with all fittings accessories complete all as specified and directed. Make : RR Kabel/Havells/polycab /GLOSTER / FINOLEX
