M&L for cleaning and de-sluding of existing septic tank completely for solid/liquid sludge of any depth by pumping or manually from inside the septic tank and removal of sludge outside defence land by mechanically (trolly mounted ) mechanism, complete all as specified and directed .

Systamatically cleaning and de-silting -sluding of blocked sewage pipe line 100 mm dia and any depth including taking out sludge/slit and other foreign materials from sewage line by rodding with using steel rod or split bamboo sticks thoroughly from both sides between adjacent manholes still clear flow of sewage line is observed passing knots kamti and disc of required size or pumping out liquid waste / sewage plugging and diverting the flow to the drain if necessary and stracking the removed slit/sludge in deposits outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white including fixing bolts, connection to drain/ trap (out going pipes ) and to flushing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China urinals, bowl type (back or corner wall type), complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. waste coupling and waste pipe of 32 mm dia (Exclusive of fixing supply pipe to flushing cistern, trap and waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing man holes for removing existing branch drain, making good to walling and rendering, cuttin g out branch channel and making good branches, connecting new drain pipes of dia 150 mm (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete all as specied and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in cement mortar 1:4 rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement with and including Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches/road cutting , not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exc 10 sq m on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling Iin (soil) including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming inlayers not exc. 25 cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Coloured) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade over and incl 25mm thick sand cusion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete Tyep D-2 1:4:8 (Using 40 MM garaded aggregate) foundations,filling and mass concrete,and as in subbase including Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors or above ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Note for Srl Item No-2 to 6:- (i) The contractor shall depoy minimum 02 labour in proper uniform daily excluding sundays and gazzetted holiday from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs to attend daily complains of cleaning as mentioned above. non wearing of uniform shall be subjected to a recovery of Rs 250.00 per person per day. (iii) The labour to be enganed shall have properly insurance cover at contractors cost. Contractor shall produce a certified copy of insurance documents. (iv) The work taken in hand once shalll be completed on same day and in no case carried over to next days. Failling with a penality of Rs 500/ day/location shall be imposed.

Note:- The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Sch of credit.
