CHAIR DINING OFFICERS (FD/MAP/II/04) / USHA SRIRAM / LEXUS Removing the following existing unserviceable parts from CHAIR DINING OFFICERS and S&F new components duly polished on all wooden replaced parts with glossy finish to match with existing one complete all as shown in drg and all as specified.

Removing the unserviceable Foam cushion and S&F 75 mm thick 40 density foam cushion for seat size 450x450 mm duly stitched with superior quality cloth tapestry costing not less than RS. 350/- per RM of approved shade and provide 4 X PVC bushes for legs complete all as specified and as directed.

12mm thick plywood BWR Grade for seat 450x450 mm size.

15x30x590 mm Teak wood vertical strips (Back rest stiffener)

35x50x450mm Teak wood front leg made to shape as per drg.

35x50x950mm Teak wood rear leg made to shape as per drg.

20x25x450mm Teak wood stiffener.

M&L for preparing the old surface by scrapping and smoothening with sand paper for an even finish and apply two or more coats of French polish over a coat of wooden sealer as per practice to give a GLOSSY FINISH appearance complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the old surface by scrapping and smoothening with sand paper to an even finish surface and apply two or more coats of MELAMINE POLISH over one or more coats of wooden sealer as per practice to give a GLOSSY FINISH appearance all as directed. 04 Nos of PVC shoes shall be provided to chair complete all as specified and as directed.

CHAIR WRITING OFFICERS (FD/E6/MAP/12) Removing the following unserviceable parts from CHAIR WRITING OFFICERS and supply and fix new components complete and paint with synthetic enamel paint black colour two coats complete all as specified and as directed:-

Seat of size 500x450 mm duly upholstered with tapestry cloth costing not less than Rs. 350/- per RM and PVC lipping all round.

Back of size 500x450 mm duly upholstered with tapestry cloth costing not less than Rs. 350/- per RM and PVC lipping all round.

Arm rest of 210 mm inner and 230 mm outer size and one piece armrest made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness & reinforced with MS insert shall be scratch resistant with slope towards front fixed with suitable screws for both arms complete all as directed.

Rubber stopper for MS tubular cantilever type frame of size 25x10 mm.

CHAIR COMPUTER (FD/E6/MAP/01) Removing the following unserviceable parts from CHAIR COMPUTER and supply and fix new components all as specified and as directed:-

M & L Pedestal assembly injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon 10.50mm dia, forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors with 600mm pitch-centre dia suitable for Chair computer of various models heavy duty including taking out old unserviceable pedestal assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Twin Caster wheel set of 5 nos for chair computer including taking out old damaged caster wheel complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Hydraulic gas lift, maintenance free, environmental friendly, cylinder tube shall be fixed in MS black powder coated outer central column tube 38mm dia and 2.0mm thick, 100mm stroke length, 300N force gas pressure medium duty suitable for chair computer of various models including taking out old unserviceable gas lift complete all as specified and directed.

Seat base made up of MS steel size 275mm x 175mm with release lever for adjustable tilting and 360 degree swivel mechanism. .

Arm rest of suitable sizes and made of black integral skin polyurethane with 75-85 shore 'A' hardness & reinforced with MS insert with suitable screws for both arms complete all as directed.

M & L best quality upholstery fabric costing not less than INR 350 per running meter in seat & back of Chair Computer including taking out old unserviceable upholstery fabric complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05)

M & L 18mm thick Prelaminated particle board, laminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination of size 585x300mm writing board of Chair school with hand board including PVC edging all-round, screwed to existing 25mm dia hollow steel pipe inserted in 20mm dia MS rod welded to frame including taking out old unserviceable writing board complete all as specified and directed (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/05)

S & F PVC inner shoe suitable for 25mm dia MS pipe leg of Chair school complete all as specified and directed. (Set of four considered as one qty) (Drg No FD/E6/MAP/05)

M&L for removing unserviceable broken PVC seat & back from Chair school with hand board and fix new one piece PVC seat & back (Blowplast or equivalent) all as specified and as directed (FD/E6/MAP/05)

M & L preparation of old treated steel surfaces of Chair school with hand board and applying two coat of synthetic enamel black/brown paint after welding and cleaning the surface wherever necessary complete all as specified and as given in drg No. FD/E6/MAP/05.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER (FD-281) Removing the following unserviceable parts from SOFA SET 5 SEATER supply and fix new components duly polished to match with existing parts as shown in drawing complete all as specified and as directed:-

First Class hardwood arms size 35mmx70mmx725mm made to shape.

First Class hardwood side rail for single seater sofa of size 100mmx35mmx705mm made to shape.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER/ 4 SEATER (FD-281) Supply only cushion cover made with cloth tapestry of approved design and colour costing not less than Rs.350/- per meter with good quality SS zips of size 560mm long complete all as specified and as directed.
