Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, (One coat )having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand, Dulux(Promise Inetrior), Asian Tractor Interior Emulsion , Nerolac Beauty Inerior Emulsion, British Master Blaster Inerior Emulsion, Shalimar Silk No.1 Interior Emulsion and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Asian (Apex/ICI Dulux/Weather Shield/Nerolac(Excel) with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface.including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals

Providing and applying white cement based (JK Wall) putty of average thickness1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of Asian/ Nerolac/ Berger make of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work (wood or steel) including entire carriage of materials with in all leads lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals.

Painting (one or more coats) on rain water, soil waste and vent pipes (100 mm diameter pipes) and fittings with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour on old work including entire carriage of materials with in all leads lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, rakingout joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cementbased polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) onthe exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joiningwith cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldingfor workingplatform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .Thescaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection ofwork at required locations with essential safety features for theworkmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin- charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measuredfor payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding including entire carriage of materials with in all leads lifts, height and cost of all other incidentals.
