S&F Powder coated aluminium window sliding shutter without sash bars using standard aluminium section 45.2mm x 35mm x 1.30mm (for frame, Jindal section No 20664) and 37.5 mm x 15 mm x 1.60mm (for shutter, Jindal section No 20597) of make JINDAL or other equivalent make as approved GE including rubber packing anodised aluminium snap beading etc, with and including 4mm thick tinted glass including necessary locking arrangement and all fittings such as hinges, handles, stays etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Alumium section of size specified above if not available in the market next immediate higher size of same make shall be provided without any extra cost to the Govt.

Taking down serviceable ceiling fan of complete set, dismantling blades, clamps and down rod, cleaning the fan set complete and deposit to MES store complete all as specified and as directed..

(Make - Bajaj Cat Part No-BZRSQL 36W Gzi WH or equivallent make as approved by GE)

S&F GI tubing medium grade 15mm dia as in ceiling fan down rod including provision of necessary holes with cutting on both side suitable to hang the ceiling fan all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hanging only ceiling fan any sweep any make and connecting up with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated three core copper cable including refixing dismantled blades and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Ceiling fan taking down vide Ser. item No 08 shall be refixed.

Labour only for carefully disconnecting and shifting of split type AC unit 1.5 to 2 TR to a distance of not exceeding 3.00 Mtr including refilling refrigerent gas and provn of copper tube, electric cable if required as per the existing size, refixing, connection, testing after completion all as specified and as directed.
