Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Pre-fabricated, Pit type of size 15m x 3m for (50 MT) made out of ISMB 400 as Main Guarder with stiffeners, ISMB 350 as sections and subsections of quality conforming to IS 2062 grade A 14mm thick MS deck plate, suitable for use up to full capacity with 25% overload protection. 20mm thick foundation plate with M 20 foundation bolt Total Weight of the platform should not be less than 10.5MT. Suitable Constraining arrangements / Stop port should be provided with the mechanical structure to arrest horizontal forces transmitted to Load cells of type to arrest horizontal forces up to 200KN. 6 nos Compression type Load cells to be provided with 3OMT each with inbuilt Lightening protection and hermetically sealed to IP 68 (test certificate to be enclosed), 6 wire technology for minimizing error conforming to all other specifications mentioned in the tender. Design and construction for civil foundation and supporting structure shall consists of reinforced concrete pedestal to accommodate anchoring and mounting 6 nos Compression Load cells and Horizontal Constrainers to sustain up to full capacity with 50% overload and necessary earth pit Job includes civil foundation works, Raft work, concrete structures, columns in RCC, brickworks, RCC beams, RCC foundation for load cell as per specified drawing. The job include labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled) hire charges for machinery needed during civil works like JCB, Crane, tools and tackle along with cost of building including transportation charges besides charges for installation and dewatering pump along with earthing charges of all electrical/electronic equipment’s. Design and construction for RCC control room size RCC weigh bridge room (control room) of size 3.0 Mtr ( Length ) x 3.0 Mtr ( breadth ) x 3.2 Mtr Height with complete electrical fittings, Service line, Air Conditioner, vitrified floor and wall tiles, painting of the civil structure erected and other allied basic amenities (Washrooms, drinking water facilities etc ) required for the operational staff and steel structure shed for store items. Design and construction for suitable Ramp on both sides of the platform with slope (1: 15) and approach Road for Pit Type weigh bridge. Job also includes construction of 02 Nos. Khuras and fitting of necessary sanitary items including dewatering pumps for Pit Type weigh bridge with proper drainage system. Allied Works :- P/F for solar flood lights, CCTVs for surveillance, Portable fire extinguishers and fire alarms for fire safety, wireless system etc. Constant Voltage Stabilizer/ Transformer: 5 KVA rating servo transformer with input 140V – 280V and output 220± 5% of reputed and approved make to protect the equipment from voltage variation. U.P.S. Online UPS of reputed Microtek make of 500VA supported with 2 nos. of 130 AH or 3 nos. of 90AH each of Exide/ Standard/ AMCO or equivalent approved make maintenance free batteries for 6hr. operation in case of power failure. Jumbo Display Unit: An additional display unit at a suitable place outside the cabin of weighbridge for clear viewing of drivers in day light or in darkness of character size of 100 mm, 5 digit bright, LED type to be provided. Service connection for 230V supply up to the switchboard in the cabin. Pipe Earthing complete as per latest CPWD Specification – 1 Set. Copper Plate Earthing copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick - 1 Set for electronic equipment as per latest Specifications. A suitable lightening arrestor with an exclusive GI plate 600mm x 600mm thick earthing for protection of equipment from lightening.
