Departure Conveyor

Weighing Scale Conveyor SITC of following size heavy duty weighing scale conveyor complete with dual LCD display type weighing scale with 4 nos. high resolutions load cells of capacity 200Kg. with 2 ply PVC belt having width 650mm and frame size 750mm, height 300mm at passenger end and the other end suitably sloped for easy flow of baggage with speed 25 mtr./min. , pulley fitted with bearing in pillow block, return roller, slider bed made out of MS sheet and suitable size side guards made of 1.6mm thick stainless steel as required etc. as per standard design with suitable capacity geared drive motor, including all electrical switchgears component, cabling, connection / interconnection, Controls, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment grouting, earthing, etc., complete as required for successful operation of the system. The LCD display shall be provided on the check in counter one for the passenger and one for the operator ( for operator shall be along with operation control), and shall be installed flushed with the counter etc. as required & as specified along with supply and installation of foot operated ON / OFF switch for weighig scale conveyor at check in counter with necessary wiring, connection / interconnection etc. as required (a) Length - 1200 mm (Approx.)

Dispatch Conveyor Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following size heavy duty slider bed belt Dispatch conveyor complete with 2 ply, 3mm minimum thickness polyster black colour carcass PVC smooth top, flame retardant, antistatic, robust, flexible, capable of providing continuous service, and of very low friction type belt (Diamond cut Belt of 7.5 mm thickness is also acceptable), normal live load 35 kg per linear meter having useful belt width such that it fits within the frame, without much side play and shall match with that of integrated weighing conveyor and overall frame size matching with integrated weighing conveyor, height as per system design of OEM and functional requirment suitably sloped for easy transfer of baggage from one section to adjoining section with speed as per system design of OEM and functional requirment. The bed shall be made of 3 mm thick (minimum) galvanized mild steel, drive pulley, tension adjustment, frame and supports, Trim / fascia covering / finishing, head and tail pulley, return rollers, side wall / Guard, Vertical baggage guide / tipping device with control logic as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including all electrical switchgears component, cabling, connection / interconnection, Controls, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment grouting, earthing, etc., complete as required for successful operation of the system. Take Away conveyor system Design, supply installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty slider bed belt type take away conveyor system having useful belt width of 950mm and frame size 1050 mm and height 400 mm from finished floor level, Normal live load 35 Kg. per linear mtr, speed of 21-25 mtr. per min. / as per system functional requirment complete with 2 ply, 3mm minimum thickness polyster black colour carcass PVC smooth top, flame retardant, antistatic, robust, flexible, capable of providing continuous service, and of very low friction type belt. The bed shall be made of 3 mm thick (minimum) galvanized mild steel sheet, drive unit, tension adjustment, frame and supports and cross members, support spacing, Trim / fascia covering / finishing, drive pulley, head and tail pulley, take up pulley and snub rollers, return rollers, vertical baggage guide / tipping device side wall / Guard with control logic and protection as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including all electrical switchgears component, cabling, connection / interconnection, Controls, cutting & drilling of holes, equipment grouting, earthing, etc., complete as required for successful operation of the system in the departure check-in area. Control panel for departure conveyor system Outgoing for each section : MPCB of suitable current rating & breaking capacity of 10 KA for each motor. Outgoing for rolling shutter : 1) 2 Pole MPCB of 10 KA & suitable current rating for each shutter motor. 2) Interloacking with conveyor & limit switches / sensors. 3) Auto-manual switches, separate push button for UP /DOWN mo Outgoing for each weighing scale conveyor & dispatch conveyor : MPCB of suitable current rating for each weighing scale conveyor & each of dispatch conveyor Emergency stop : i) Provision shall be made in panel & at two other locations of take away conveyor. ii) Provision shall be made at one location close to each of weighing conveyors.iii) The emergency stop button shall be "press to stop" and release type. Alarm / Time delay : Provision for time delay start, duly interconnected with buzzer and start the sequence of carousel. Interlock & Logic : A PLC based programmable logic to meet the operational requirement shall be worked out and got approved from Engineer-in-charge. Required number of sensors and other control devices shall be provided to meet the functional logical operation of conveyor along with sequential operation of feeder conveyors as required. Air Louvers : The control panel constructional feature shall have air louvers for proper ventilation. Provision for future expansion : The incomer switch rating & control panel should have provision toward addition of switch gear, controls, cabling, wirings, etc. to accommodate the weigh-scale, dispatch & take away conveyor suitable for FOUR nos. additional check- in counters in future. Gravity roller conveyor Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following section length having gravity rollers of length 950 mm (approx.), roller capacity 35kg per linear meter, 60/65 mm pitch / dia or as per manufacture's recommendation, width section 1000 mm and height suitably matched and sloped, complete in all respects i/c conveyor frame section, rollers, supports as per technical specifications for baggage handling system including cutting & drilling of holes, equipment grouting etc. as required after dismantling the existing gravity roller and stacking the dismantled old material in the store. Arrival Conveyor

Endless Slat Conveyor Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty endless slat type Arrival Baggage conveyor system having nominal useful width of 950 mm having rubber slats back in colour with smooth top of PVC/PU/Rubber, Antistatic, flame,retardant, height 450 mm from finished flour level and speed of 24-30 Mtr. The Carousel shall have die cast aluminium chain block friction type suitable capacity drive unit complete with overlapping slats finished chain track unit frame work tension adjustment device stainless steel side covering (inner & outer) in the passage area as well as in non passenger area , toe kick plate at inner & outer sides, infill, rubber slat of suitable dimension with MS Slat support having live loading capacity of 35 Kg per linear, Metre, all accessories including cutting and drilling of holes, equipment grounting, earthing, necessary wiring, connection/interconnection etc. as required for successful commissioning of Baggage Conveyor System complete as required.

Arrival Feeder Belt Conveyor Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty Slider Bed Departure conveyor of 1 length of 32 Mtr. Long conveyor measure across the centre line having frame 1050 mm (Useful width not less than 1000 mm) and 400 mm height from finished flour level for easy handling of passanger weighing 35 Kg per linear Mtr. at speed of 21 to 25 Mtr/Min. complete with PVC Belt on bed construction as specified i/c drive units and end pulleys, take up puley/side panels with 1.6 mm thick of staineless steel and all other acessories for successful commissioning of Baggage Conveyor System as per following length, specification & drawing complete as requried.

Control panel for arrival baggage handling system '-Outgoing for Motors (s) : ) MPCB of suitable current rating & breaking capacity of 10 KA for each motor. 2) Soft Starter for conveyor motor. -Outgoing for rolling shutter : i) 2 Pole MPCB of 10 KA & suitable current rating for each shutter motor. Ii) Interloacking with conveyor & limit switches / sensors. iii) Auto-manual switches, separate push button for UP /DOWN mo - Emergency stop : Provision shall be made in panel & at three other locations for each carousel in the passenger baggage claim area. -Alarm / Time delay : Provision for time delay start, duly interconnected with buzzer and start the sequence of carousel. Draught Curtain SITC of draught curtain cover for the opening of conveyer belt, of sutiable size fabricated with 3mm thick Nylon Rubber flaps, to be fixed by SS flat strip as per size of shutter opening etc. the opening size shall be as per dimensions /drawings approved by engg.-in- charge, complete as required (For Arrival & Departure )

Rolling Shutter SITC of electricaly operated rolling shutter with arrangement for auto and manual operation to suit to the opening in wall fabricated MS provided with suitable rated tubular geared single phase motor directly coupled to the shaft of the shutter, limit switch or sensor interlock with coveyor starter, complete with guide channels , wiring, earthing, painting etc. as required for the successful operation of the shutter for minimum opening size 1.5mtr (L) x 1.35mtr (W) . (For Arrival & Departure)

AICMC FOR THREE YEARS (AFTER DLP) All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of the entire Baggage Handling Systems as covered under the capital works including all spares, consumables, manpower etc. including preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, break down maintenance etc. as per the recommendations of the manufacturer, instructions of Engineer-in-charge, standard engineering practice and special conditions specified for maintaining the above systems in acceptable functional, operational, serviceable conditions by providing monthly visit..
