M & L for (Except sheet) 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc., Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old AC retrieved from item no 7 shall be reused.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, chajjas, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc fixed with hilti bolts of size 6x 100 mm grouted in slab and rafters as reqd on site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position as in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wind ties for roof including securing bolts as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of terracing tiles/brick tiles single layer on roof complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick tiles 40mm thick with minimum flexural strength 1.5 N/Sqmm set, joints grouted flush in CM 1:3 mixed chemical (plasticizer) by weight of cement over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, ponding test shall be done after laying of tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item 15 but except tiles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick work , brick tiles tiles, laid flat, in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc

M&L flush pointing to 30 cm by 15 cm brick tiles laid flat in paving & roofs in cm 1:3 including chemical plasticizer by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting groove in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizantal face of groove witn CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition by using hand held electric drills, cutting machine, chisels etc (direct use of hammers on RCC roof for demolition is strcitly prohibited) of roof treatment including padding concrete of any description including mud in roof any thickness with and including roughening old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, coping, roof kerb including hunching, benching etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of plastered roof surface by cleaning surface free from dust and other foreign materials etc. and laying Atatic poly propylene polymer modified membrane pre fabricated 3mm thick with non woven polyester matt central core of 160 gms/Sqm weighing not less than 3.5kg per sqm laid over primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 lit/sqm by using LPG/Butane torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller with overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction laid as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with and including following courses of descriptions given below :-

(a) A coat of bonding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm.

(b) Laying of APP modified membrane described hereinbefore with joints sealed with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and curved well before lying the membrane.

(c) Applying binding material using blown grade bitumen 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg per Sqm.

Taking down 110 mm dia rain water pipes, any pattern with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubbing joints, fixed in wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc incl racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and prepared to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick wall finished fair & smooth without using extra cement in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall with mixing WPC @ 3% by wt of cement finished fair and even in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.Cost of WPC shall deemed to be included in the item rate.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of any description and in any position including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site 15mm bore pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of any description and in any position including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site 20mm bore pipe. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15 mm bore steel tubing, medium grade, galvanised with all fitting, fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified and directed.Make : Tata/ Jindal/Prakash Surya as approved by GE.

Refixing old steel tubing 15 mm dia of bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) with cilps or concealed as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HDPE triple layer (white colour) rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 500 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access cover etc including GI nipple of suitable sizes and numbers including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod with high density plastic ball complete all as specified and directed. Make of tank Sintex/Dhara/JS Polyplast/Dhara, Make of ball Valve: Prayag/Shakti as approved by GE.

S&F in repair HDPE triple layer (white colour) rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) 1000 litres capacity hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Pt-I including for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access cover etc including GI nipple of suitable sizes and numbers including 20mm dia ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod with high density plastic ball complete all as specified and directed. Make of tank Sintex/Dhara/JS Polyplast/Dhara Make of ball Valve: Prayag/Shakti as approved by GE.

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250 & n. exc. 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisted if required reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Gun metal , globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe of 20mm bore dia complete all as specified and directed. Make: Leader/ Kiran / Fountain/ Sant/ Partap Valves, Jallandar/ Zolotov
