Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 grade (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including curing including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundation, Footing, bases of columns etc

Providing and laying of 50mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 grade (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.

12mm cement Plaster of Mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 Fine sand) including cost and carriage of all materials to site of work, with all leads, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, haulage, and octori taxes.
