Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 kms spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement.

Providing and laying moorum topping on side berm including cost, conveyance of all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water Bound Macadam - Grade-III specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing , Rolling with three wheel 80 - 100 KN static Roller in stages to proper Grade & Camber , applying & Brooming crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates , watering & Compacting to the required densityas per clause 405 of MORD Specificationfor Rural roads including cost , conveyance ,royality ,taxes ,labour & T & P required for work etc complete as per direction of E-I-C.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 on prepared surface og granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer coat @ 0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MPRD Specification for Rural roads including all cost conveyance taxes labour T & P royality required for the work etc complete as per the direction of E-I-C.

Cleaning the existing BT surface including removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD and as per direction of E-I-C. Over BT Surface (2 Kg/10 Sqmt)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects
