SPECIAL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF OLD AC PLANT, TRANSFORMERS, CEILING FANS AND SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER AT AIR FORCE STATION BHISIANA

Item No. 1: Supply, installation testing and commossioning of transformer oil natural air natural (ONAN) cooled, oil immersed copper wound outdoor type step down complete with first filling of IS-335 ISI marked filltered & di-hydrated transformer oil and other standards fittings/acessories as per particular specification and 7 position off circuit tap changer (tapping range +5% to - 10% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group DYN-11 with LV cable box with cable gland as per cable size HT 11 KV 3 phase,LT 433 volt, 3 phase 4 wire system 50 C/S as per level-III of IS-1180: 2014 of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified including LT & HT cable connection,any minor repair to existing platform for placing of transformer and connection of existing earthing strips including fixing of insulator for GI strip & any minor repair to earthing pit chamber & cover demmed inclusive in the quoated rate. NOTES- (i) Pre-dispacth inspection of transformer shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer at manufacturer premises within overall cost quoated by the contractor, nothing extra shall be payble on this account at later stage. (ii) After installation of the transformer shall also be tested & commisioned by SEI & all the equipment/instrument shall be arranged by the contractor for testing.The cost for the same shall also be included in the item rate.

Item No. 2: Supply, installation & fixing of Air cooled split unit air conditioners complete (indoor & out door) minimum 3 star rated & EER 3.2, electric driven single phase of capacity 1.5 TR by connecting suction and discharge copper pipe of size 1/2'' & 1/4'' from outdoor unit including fixing of condensing unit on wall & gas charging if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 3: Supply & fix single pole & netural enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 240 volt, complete with one single pole MCB of cap 20 Amps, as in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 4: Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 260V with out put voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of + 2.5 % and of capacity 4.0 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 5: Supply and fixing MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' Curve, 240 Volts, 10 KA, finger proof terminal, bi-connect termination, label holder, 35 mm² terminal capacity, insulated sliding shutter, large two position dolly, ISI marked, to be fixed on DB (DB will be measured and paid separately under respective items of sch A), as in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 6: Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps, 'C' Curve, 240 Volts, 10 KA, finger proof terminal, bi-connect termination, label holder, 35 mm² terminal capacity, insulated sliding shutter, large two position dolly, ISI marked, to be fixed on DB (DB will be measured and paid separately under respective items of sch A), as in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 7: Supply and fixing MCB DB SPN, 4 way factory made IP 43 protection class metal, double door with 200 Amp rating bus bar 240V for fixing of MCBs/Isolators/RCCBs etc, as in repairs, complete including making good, the disturbed surface as existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 8: Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm, burried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate vertically to a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised steel earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia (8 SWG) of any length as required at site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, earth lead wire encased in and including 15 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for protection of GI wires 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade including charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil /strata all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc., including taking down existing unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Earth chamber shall be constructed at least 1.50 metre away from the top of earth electrode, the earth pit and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Cost of 7.5m length of GI wire & GI protection pipe included in the rate of this item. Extra length shall be measured and paid separately.

Item No. 9: Material and labour for Submain wiring with two single core of 4 Sqmm and one single core of 2.5 sqmm as earth wire with multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC (FR) insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through & including non metallic rigid (ISI Marked) PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia and the conduits accessories, as in repairs, complete including making good the distrubed surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 4.00 sqmm + one run of 2.5 sqmm cable together shall be considered as 1 running meter for payment purpose.

Item No. 10: Material and labour for ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 230V, 50 Hz, energy efficient ISI Marked, 5 Star Rated, with and including three core twisted cable of size 23/0.0076 for connecting upto ceiling rose and accessories given by manufacturer, complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Havells Cat Part No. ES 50 or equivalent makes as mentioned in Appendix 'B'.

Item No. 11: Supply and fix fan regulator electronic stepped type 240 V suitable for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 12: Supplying, installaling , testing and commissioning of completely factory (OEM) assembled water cooled scroll package unit 8.5 TR each (02 Nos working and 01No as standby) micro processor controlled modern based technology factory assembled packaged type to maintain inside temperature 24 ± 2 oC relative humidity 25% to 60%. Make – Bluestar/Voltas/Carrier. (a) Micro processor controlled modern technology based, scroll hermetically sealed unit multi circuit compressor ( 8.5 TR x 3 Nos ) Packaged type nominal cooling capacity 2x8.5 TR = 17 TR, Refrigerant Eco friendly R-407c. (b) Shell & Tube type water cooled condenser. (c) A bank of ordinary mesh air filter having Dust filtration level down up to 10 micron with efficiency of 99.9%. (d) Inbuilt suitable blower of suitable capacity driven by squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415 Volt including evaporator, expansion valve, strainer LP/HP cut out, thermostat, humidistat, l with run type equalization auto reset after power failure, inbuilt thermal pressure relief valve and digital micro control type in quit control panel suitable for inside condition 24 oC + 2 oC and inbuilt refrigerant carrying copper piping line network of suitable size. (e) Two numbers centrifugal type water circulating pumps for condensers suitable for 100% capacity of the plant complete with 5HP capacity of squirrel cage induction motor, pressure gauges, base plate, gun metal gate valves etc complete in all respect. The induction motor should be suitable for operation at 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply complete with suitable size of automatic starters (one set to serve as stand by). Make: KIRLOSKAR/JYOTI/CROMPTON. (f) Supply and fixing cooling tower of 20TR capacity to match the AC plant, induced draft type made of fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) casting bottle shape/rectangular construction complete with a direct driven axial flow fan with low noise level mounted on top to give vertical discharge, FRP water basin, float valve including necessary work for inter connections with GI pipe med grade, gun metal valves and electric connection of fan motor (2 HP) with suitable size of cable, laid upto main control panel in trenches/on walls/induct including earth connections. The supporting structure shall be made of brick masonry/ PCC duly plastered complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 12 (Contd.....) (g) One No. make up PVC water tank of suitable capacity minimum 5000 Ltrs made of polythene material complete on suitable staging of minimum height 1.85 mts all as specified and water connections with GI pipe of suitable size medium grade from existing water pipe line to make up water tank including provision of float valve brass with polythene ball, overflow and wash outarrangments and gun metal gate valves on inlet and outlet sides. The supporting structure shal be made of brick masonry duly plastered all as specified. (h) Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of humidification package pan type comprising of suitable HDPE tank, water inlet and outlet, over flow drain connections and valves humidification pump of suitable capacity complete with isolating valves, non return valves, spray humidifier comprising of GI pipes with brass/copper nozzles. The humidity control shall be provided by means of humidistat. (j) Heating system using strip heaters of 3 KW-06 Nos. in ducts/AHU room suitable for designed capacity of AC plant controlled from main control panel with a provision of local isolation for the ease of maintenance alongwith all accessories and electrical connection complete. (k) Supply and fixing motorized fire damper of suitable size complete with linkages, smoke detector, sleeves, access doors etc. The damper must be capable to close the duct so that no fire spreads through ducts-01 Nos. (l) Duct Damper for each unit (m) Supply and fixing return air extruded aluminum grills,/diffusers as per required at site and as by directed by Engr-in-Charge. (n) Supply, laying & jointing electrical control wiring and contactors/relays of suitable capacity for interlocking of AC plant with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire and including stove enameled conduit and fittings. (o) M & L for Canvas connecter with GI boundary complete all as specified as directed (p) Diffuser/grill for supply air duct of suitable size- 10 Nos. (q) Structural steel work for supporting condenser, water pipes, ducts,make up and drain water pipes made out of rolled steel structures (such as flat, channels, MS round bars, angles, nuts and bolts etc.) including painting with two coats of oil paint over a coat of primer as directed. (For LT Control panel, base plate for pumps, motors, cooling tower etc, steel work to be catered in respective itmes). (r) Civil work for Foundation/addition,alteration/demolition of all the equipments mentioned above as per requirement & manufacturer’s recommendations and Making opening in the walls for cables, pipes lines,ducts etc, and making them good.

Item No. 13: Material and labour for condenser water piping system for complete layout comprising of following size as per designed condition galvanized iron medium grade pipes fittings for connections between make up water tank cooling towers, condensers and cooling water pumps for circulation of condensed water for the system along with butter fly valve, balancing valve, NRV, Y-strainer, thermometer, pressure gauge, brass /gun metal gate valves all as per mentioned below:-

(a) 65 mm bore.

(b) 50 mm bore.

(c) 32 mm bore.

(d) Butterfly valves for 65 mm bore.

(e) Butterfly valves for 50 mm bore.

(f) Balancing valve for 50mm bore.

(g) NRV of 65 mm bore.

(h) Pressure Gauges.

(j) Y strainer of 65 mm.

(k) Thermometer.

Item No. 14: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning GI ducting made of 22 gauge PGI sheet including support for fixing on wall from entry Package unit to conditioned space complete with and including GI frame, complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15: Supplying, installing of external thermal insulation on ducts with closed cell Nitrile Rubber insulation as per ASTM G797 standard Class ''o'' IMO A 653 (16), FM Global & UL 94 approved, density 40 to 55 kg/m3. Temperature of -50 to 1160 C and thermal conductivity of 0.036 W/m deg C. Water vapour permeability as per EN12086 (DIN 52615), Moisture resistance factor ≥ 7000 and coated with two coats of protective coating for exposed/ external applications for application use low voc adhesive K414 & thickness 19 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 16: Supply & fixing of insulation of wall, floor and roof, 50 mm thick resin bonded glass wool insulation wrapped in Hussan cloth based vapor barrier and chicken wire mesh wrapped on insulation and finally covered with plaster of paris 10 mm thick etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 18: Supply and laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core, including taking down existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 15: Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation of poles/laying of cables/stay/strut etc not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 16: Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 17: Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 18: Material and labour for providing Fazilka river sand in trenches 80mm thick before laying the cable and 150mm thick after laying the cable as in sand cushioning to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 19: Supply & laying in trenches un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 2, flat of size 300x180x40 mm for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 20: Supply, laying & jointing of GI Pipe, medium grade, 40 mm bore, including all fittings accessories laying in trenches/ wall/ floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 21: Supply, laying & jointing of GI Pipe, medium grade, 25 mm bore, including all fittings accessories laying in trenches/ wall/ floor, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 22: Material and labour for Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron 25x4 mm earth strip by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI, medium grade 40mm bore, watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade, earth plate surrounded by alternate layer of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick each layer all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including funnel with wire mesh, earthing chamber with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 80 mm thick precast RCC 1:1.5:3 type A-1 cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) and frame including all excavation and earth work etc. including taking down existing unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified and as directed. Item No. 23: Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Item No. 24: Dismantling of old U/S AC Plant including all connected items, LT panels,connections & deposit it from the existing location to AGE E/M store yard, complete all as specified & directed at site.

Item No. 25: Supply and fixing aluminium sheet 1.5mm thick as in cladding on duct with and including all necessary fittings as required, complete all as specified and as directed.
