Eligibility Criteria

The bidders fulfilling all rules/conditions said in the tender document are eligible. Latest Circulars from Govt. are also applicable.

As per tender Agreement clause 24.1, the successful tenderer shall submit the Security Deposit(Performance Security) infavour of Executive Engineer in the form of Bankers Cheque/Pay order for an amount of equivalent to 5% of the contract price and also an additional security for unbalanced tender amount in the form of FDR of any Nationalised Bank within 7 days of receipt of the letter of acceptance and shall enter into an agreement and the work shall be started within a week after agreement. The Name in the FDR/STAMP Paper as per Contractor License.

All the documents pertaining to technical bid should be attested by the gazetted officer not less than the grade of District Level Officer. If not said bid shall be rejected and he should be able to produce the attested document at any time, if required.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The contractor is supposed to purchase all required materials on his own for carrying out the work, and all the materials shall be tested for its quality prior to construction and its quality shall be of ISI standards.

An amount of 1% shall be deducted towards Labour Less from each of the running bill of the contractor.

Tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable.

Conditional tenders are subjected for rejection.

Acceptance/Cancellation of the works are reserved by undersigned without any reasons for the same.

All bidders shall upload the details of the following documents: i) Contractor Registration. ii) Works completed in last 5 years. iii) Details of minimum quantities of work done in one year. iv) Yearly turnover from last 5 years. v) Present ongoing works. vi) Tener bid Capacity should be more than Tender amount

As per Director, Department of Mines and Geology Bengaluru Circular For the year 2023-24 dated: 07-11-2023, if the contractors fail to submit the Mineral Dispatch Permit(MDP) along with the bill for the sub-minerals used for the works, action will be taken as per the said circular.
