1) The estimated amount is exclusive of GST. 2) The Bidder should quote basic rates exclusive of GST and quote GST percentage separately. GST should be revised from time to time.

Supply of 11M PSCC pole having 75 Kg/sq.Mt wind pressure, working load 365Kgs shall conform to IS: 785- 1998 and IS: 1678-1998 respectively etc as required.

Erection of 11M PSCC pole over concrete bed of 15cm thick of 0.5 sqm area in brick ballast and ramming the foundation, finishing with 150mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) layer on top with including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing to cross arm/pole top bracket as required.

Supplying & fixing of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per Mtr) V shape cross arm for two 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying & fixing of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per Mtr) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11/33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height , complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per Mtr) pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 33 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply, paying out, tensioning, binding of conductor and stringing, testing and commissioning of AAA Conductor of 100 Sq.mm or 7/4.26 AAA conductor including jointing sleeves, jumpering etc as required

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a Strain Insulators set of three 11 KV disc/B&S insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 Mtrs long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 33 kV 800A, DB AB Switch along with Support Insulators, Arcing Horns, down Pipe with all required accessories like M.S channel 100x50 mm, MS Angles 50x50x6, clamps etc. complete as required.

Supply and fixing of danger plate shall be made from mild steel sheet of at least 1.6 mm thick and vitreous enameled white paint with letters, figures and the conventional skull and cross-bones in signal red color Danger notice board of size 250 X 200 mm etc as required.

Providing Earthing at each pole with Spiral Earth Electrode/Coil of (4mm thick having 115 turns of 50mm dia length of 460mm) having free length of 2.5 mtr GI wire at one end coil connected to GI wire projecting from pole frame to be erected at a distance of 1.2m from pole foundation with depth of 1.5m from ground level etc as required.

Providing Anti Climbing Device (12mtrs GI Barbed Wire with required clamps) Lumpsum
